Human resources management includes identifying, recruiting, and selecting new employees, providing training and development for employees, and administering compensation and benefits plans, among other objectives.
The Lubar School’s Human Resources Management major will prepare you for an entry-level human resources generalist or specialist position through a curriculum that covers the core of human resources, including staffing, compensation, diversity, training and development, and labor relations.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit copies of transcripts of all the previous education
- Submit the official transcripts of the application after admission
- Transcripts should be translated into English before submitting
- ACT and SAT score is not mandatory but can be included
- Submit English language proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT; minimum 548 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- Duolingo: minimum 120
- Pearson academic: minimum 56
