The enthusiasm of students to do things on their own and hustling to provide things on their own.
What I like the most in this college is helpful nature of seniors.

Dislikes

There is very less connectivity the nearest airport is in patna which is 6 hours away

Honest review of IIIT Bhagalpur

Here we get a mentorship program for all first year students by seniors.
Faculties are really good and they are suppotive to all students.

Dislikes

The sports environment is below average since their is a lack of sports equipment.
Since now their is only one proper hostel available in campus, many students mainly seniors faces problem.

Placement Experience:

Placement is very decent in my college. For last 3 batches the average package growing every year and also the highest package. Currently the highest package is approx 89 lpa. So my college has a decent placement record.

Seniors are cooperative. Infrastructure is so good. the new campus is complete now
Placements are fine depending on you, like few even got 89 lpa, for placement they are working really hard everyday.

Dislikes

Faculties are very rude sometimes. The behavior of faculties towards students is not so good
Quality of food sometimes is so bad that it's almost unedible

Placement Experience:

After six semester one becomes eligible for the placements. The number of companies visited is not clear. The highest package is 89 LPA and avg is 12 . Last year due to recession I think placement is 70-80%

The faculties are highly qualified and supportive .
The hostels are decrnt and quite clean . There is a lift too in our hostel

Dislikes

The college is under construction so the main campus is still small

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 6 semester. Deollite , TCS , Autodesk are some companies visited . The highest package of this year was 39 lpa . The placement percantage is 50%. I would like to persue for placements

First of all this is a IIIT, so it will give you a leverage from all the other colleges in terms of placements and culture. If we talk about academics the classes and attendence are really flexible for the first year as I have experienced till now.
The classes are short and the new academic building is in use now so there will be vented ac no problem from the heat, as for the hostel the space might be an issue apart from that hostel is a great place it will have give you a lot of memories.

Dislikes

Construction is yet to be completed, there should be two hostels till now but only one is constructed which can create spacing problems in future and other infrastructure like library will also take time before completion.
The sporting facilities are very midiocre, the ground is not labelled and Items for every sports are not always available. The completion of a good playable ground will take a lot of time.

Placement Experience:

The students gets eligible for campus placements from the 3rd year. Various companies like Amazon, infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech mahindra, Mindteee, Accenture visisted the campus. The latest highest package offered is 89lpa by amazon and the average for pakage is around 15 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is remarkable and even after the recession going on in tech companies the placement percentage was better than most colleges.

Permanent campus construction is completed. Hostel is very near to academic building. The professors are generally supportive. There is No ragging in this college.

Dislikes

The campus is a bit small.Also, Bhagalpur is not a metro city so very high quality facilities should not be expected.

Placement Experience:

Generally, placements are started at the end of 3rd year, and companies like Amazon, Autodesk, and many more offer placements to students. Most of the students appearing for placements are successful. The average package for cse is around 15 LPA and for other branches, it's 11-12 LPA.

So i ' m second year student at my institution, so now have spent a full academic year here and now i can say that i am experienced enough to talk about my college and its environment. First it's a institution situated mainly in rural area.
So one cannot expect a flashy and out of the box life near this institution. But if you are getting into this college you may have a very good environment inside the institution for whether its your coding skills .

Dislikes

In this institution you will face difficulties as power cut which is going to happen when you can't even expect. Hostel lofe is good but you are not allowed outside after 10 o clock. Well space problem for one room is that here we have three
Person living in one room. Guess other than that in my academic will have to say i had to study to get good grades . Well you will not know when the semester is over so better be prepared for exam and also maintain your coding skills that is what

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year I can see that most with the Student start the flying for internship and placement well my college is not that we don't get any campus placement most of us are paced by company which visit institution. Many big companies like grow Tata etc also visit in our campus for placements and they even recruit. Will our placement percentage is very good which is almost 97 98% are getting placed in electronics and communication branch for computer science and engineering it is almost 100% and the placement average above 15 lakhs S4 the electronic and communication branch the placement goes beyond 10 lakh as average. In the initial days when I got admission the highest placement offered was 45 lakhs 7 students by Amazon. But right now I in the institution and I am very great to know that my senior from the 3rd year which got a PPO of 89 lakhs and other one got a PPO of 83 lacs. When for me my plans after graduation is that I should get a good placement and I have not bigger plans.

I like that it is easy to score in this college as everything is set by professor only
Batchmates are really kind and helpful and are nice

Dislikes

There is no college life and campus is yet not completed
The city has nothing to give and there is nothing in this city

Placement Experience:

From the last of 6 semesters I think sone people start getting placements. The highest package was 44 lpa by amazon which took 7 students from our college The average package was around 1200000 The placement percentage was also good around 98%

First of all i like the placements of this college which was really awesome until this year but recession is going on so it came to a matter of worry but hoping it will be okay soon
Infrastructure is nice , campus is newly build

Dislikes

Mess food is also average not that good s
Sports facilities are not that good as it should have

Placements were awesome till this year and college provides you place where you can grow yourself in many ways and accquire skills and companies like amazon , tcs , Rakuten, Autodesk , dell, etc. visit and give nice and decent both kinds of placements

New campus is very nice and location is okay okay but it's beautiful
Placements are good if you are getting a college at low percentile placements are really well but not this year because of recession

Dislikes

Mess is quite troublesome here not that much it serves good breakfast dinner but snacks are not good
Strictness is quite high in compared to other colleges i think

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester you can take internships and or if you are an excellent one you will get placed in 5th semester , normally people get placed in 3rdyear or 4th year Companies visited are Amazon , autodesk , raukten TCS and many more Last year it was approx 97% new data is not available yet I also want to take a good placement

The placement are really good in our college, and one of the only reasons for which I chose it.
The research facilities are also there in our college and there are many professors actively engaged in it, so if someone is interested in research, it can be a great opportunity for them.

Dislikes

The temporary campus facilities are not good, though it will change from this year in the permanent campus.
All facilities are not good in terms of teaching techniques.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are really good in our college. From 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. The data of name of the companies and the no of offers is available in the official website of our college.tge highest package offered this year is 89 LPA (in 2025 passout batch, so it may take time for the data to be updated), the average offered this year is yet to be known...the average package of previous year was around 14 LPA. Placement percentage is also mentioned in the official website, and it's quite good. My plans are also same as I mentioned before, getting placed in an IT firm.
