My Campus: The Rock City

Placement Experience:

Studetns are eligible for internships from the 2nd year and get ready for placement in the 3rd year & 4th year. Companies like Goldman Sachs , Amazon , Google , TCS , Infosys , Meesho , Hyundai and 28 other companies visted for the placement dirves in the first half. Highest package on campus was 42L ( CSE ) and off campus went to as high as 1.23Cr ( ECE ). Average package was 22.2L for CSE and 20L for ECE. About 70% students got placed. My plans after getting degree is to pursue PSUs.

one thing which i like the most in this iiit college is its 300 acre campus area.
secondly every thing which student needs a available in this college

Dislikes

some proffesore here are egoestics and rude.
really far from jabalpur city and railway station

Placement Experience:

from semester 7 onwards students become eligible for campus placements . nvidia , amazon, meesho, goldman sachs, adani, american express, cred, flipkart, atlassian and there many more companies in this list. highest package is 1.22 cr INR.

coding culture : senior motivate alot for coding thats why coding culture of our college is best .
society and clubs: clubs are active and they arrange many program day by day they organize tarang in 2023.

Dislikes

mess food : i did not like mess food but new mess is improving as they introduced non veg mess
distance from city : college is around 10km away from city .

Placement Experience:

placement are good for 2023 batch almost batch got placed of cse and ece batch . but placement of me and sm are not much got . in recent year due to recession placement are low but better than other college many company visited even in recccesion nvidia is one of them .highest package is offcampus of 1.2crpm and on campus is 52lpa .

It have lush green campus. campus is also large
Campus is very close to airport.and college provide the bus facility to go city

Dislikes

College is 10 km away from city. and there is no bus facility in early mournig
The course are difficult to score good grade. the first year course is difficult

Placement Experience:

After 4 sem you can avail the internship and get placed.The company that have visted are Amazon,De shaw,nvidia ,Goldmen sach, Atlassian, Tcs, infosys, hyundai, JSW, lava, rakuten and many more. The number of company visited in our campus is 50+. highest package 1.2cr that that was offcampas placement .avg is 16plus lpa

Faculty , experienced good learning from them and some of the best in the zone
Lecture halls , our lecture halls are pretty good they are bigger wider and cozier and has air conditioning which is one of the good thing

Dislikes

Mess food , the only mess food , which consists of only pure veg option is definetly a setback in my protien diet
Hostel, the old rooms which are not even maintained properly is definetly a setback

Placement Experience:

Now actually not inly in our college but also on the outer side there is recession going on so there are not so many oppurtunities but the highest package of this year uptill now is 22 lpa most our seniors 30-40% are not placed on campus the significant reason was recession

Loved the student culture and overall peer group here.
The professors are also pretty chill, leaving one or two and grading is also good by most of the professors.

Placement Experience:

While mostly students start getting placements in the final year, there are cases when you can even get placement in third year itself... This year companies like meesho gave placements to many of our college seniors.. Highest package of this year is yet to come but last year(2023), the highest package from our college was 1.3 crore rupees while average was around 23 lakh in our branch(ECE).

Hostel life is better after nonveg came to campus.
Seniors are supportive , They guide you well , good wisher.

Dislikes

Some of the seniors are rude at instant, but we have to understand their situtation
Cit is far from campus, even though bus facility is given.

Placement Experience:

from 7 th semester students generally try for placements. Microsoft, Machenjy , JP morgun , Amazon are some famous companies came for placement. Here 1 senior has 3.3 CR package Offcampur in Ciber security field. On campus 50-60 % students got placed, and others got placed Offcampus I will be working in the field of AI or Data science.

Hostel , Lecture halls are good and are equipped with a/c
Cultural clubs and the cultural events and the student involvement in those events

Dislikes

The location of the college is a bit outside of the city.
The climate is a bit weird , anytime there can be rain

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are descent , they provide us with companies which conduct the placement process and students need to go through many rounds of the placement drive to get a placement , my plan after completing the course is UPSC.

nice coding culture, nice seniors and faculties, good clubs
amazing and fabulous events done by our cultural clubs during fests

Dislikes

distance from the city and due to that high delivery charges
fest not up to the mark,not many celibrities xcome , only local bands

The course curriculum of pdpm IIITDM jabalpur is nice its more focused on getting all the knowledge and experience we need to enter in the industry. there are 4 quizzes and one mid sem exam and one end sem exam, the faculties are good.

The programming club of the college is very good. It is quite active. It takes regular sessions. It has pushed students like me. Those who are not very good and interested in coding Participate actively in it. The campus is very green and big the com
the Sports culture in the college is very good. The sports club is very active.

Dislikes

The core labs are not very good. That teaching assistance don’t know the subject well.
The equipments in the core labs don’t work properly

Placement Experience:

The placement percentage of the college is 80%. The placements are decent a lot of good companies visit our college. Opportunities for girls are quite great. Students usually get internships in the third year but they have to go off campus to get them. A lot of students have got internships and big companies like Google Goldman sacchs, American Express, Nvidia Deloitte Qualcomm meesho etc. the highest package is 1CR and the average package is around 22 lakhs per annum
