- College fest is awesome and clubs for racing and semi conductors helped gain some level practial knowledge.

Placement Experience:
From 5th semester onwards, pre placement offers start coming for students and they also get to start going for internships from this semester. A lot of big companies come during this time like Goldman sach, jp Morgan, Barclays, etc. for final placements Microsoft, zoho, Google and bigger companies hire from our college. As far as I know the highest package was 2 crores for an ECE student in 2022. My plans after getting degree is to get some work experience before going for higher studies.

- The food and the mess can be improved including the servuce

Course Curriculum Overview:
This course has a bright future and this course is one of the course which requires continuous learning, and in this college, practical thinking is also being taught so that it becomes easier to solve problems in real life. The time period of a semester is a bit short.. that's the only room for improvement

Course Curriculum Overview:
I wanted to pursue B.tech Computer science and engineering from a very young age because of my uncle. The course has a good value in the future and it's gonna help a lot of people. It is helpful for many masters. Course curriculum can be improved by making the semesters a bit longer

- Too many opportunities to enhance your skills , organises various hackathons, coding contests , workshops .
- Has a large number of tech and non tech clubs that helps a lot in improving technical skills and communication skills

- The curriculum includes various subjects such as chemistry and biology with I find of no use in computer science engineering
- Take too many exams all semester we just keep on giving exams
Placement Experience:
We become eligible for campus placement starting from the 7th semester giving us enough time to build a strong academic foundation and develop necessary soft skills . Many top companies such as TCS, Infosys , Microsoft, amazon , Google , Wipro visited . A total of 600 companies visited the campus this year making 10000 job offers in total . The highest package was 46 lakh and averaged package stood around 7 lakh among various streams . Around 95% of students were placed . My plans after completing my degree is to pursue a career as software engineer in tech giants like Google , Microsoft, amazon or continue my education with a specialised postgraduation course to deepen my knowledge and expertise.

- The campus is lush green and really huge. You can roam and explore the campus and won't get bored at all.
- The SRM Central library is great. You can literally find any book you need. You can go and study peacefully, and can issue and return books using automatic machine.
Dislikes
- There is a mandatory 75% attendance to maintain, which all students are worried about.
- Getting medical leave is not easy, its a very tedious process.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester itself. Many companies visited this year such as Wipro, TCS, Adobe, JP Morgan etc. More tha 90 % of the students got placed this year. Almost every student gets placed. If you don't get placed then you can opt for Masters. If you work upon your skills, no one can stop ypu from cracking a good placement. My plan is to work upon my skills and to get a good placement from college itself.

- I personally liked the teachers. They are very helpful and teach very well.
- The library is one of the best places in the campus. It has an automatic borrow and return system which you can use.
Dislikes
- The mandatory 75% attendance is not something I was looking forward to.
- The girls to boys ratio is not low, but it could be better.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Computer Science has been one of my favorite subjects so it was easy to pick Btech CSE as my course. The curriculum is okay in terms of usefulness, as some useless subjects are also present. It prepares you well enough for real world applications. My suggestion would be to remove some of the unnecessary subjects and focus on the computer science side for CSE students. The frequency and timing of exams is not okay. You have huge syllabus and then you cram to the last minute about everything you can read.

- I really liked the environment and openness of the campus. The greenery here is fabulous and really good.
- The boy to girl ratio is pretty good, and almost equal.
Dislikes
- The mess food is not that diverse and is usually same.
- The hostels are not worth paying so much for.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement of this college are very good and many major companies recruit from here. The seniors and alumnis have good reviews about the placement scenario in this college. Some notable seniors have jobs in mercedes f1 team etc.

- The campus is very vast and engaging . Every spot feels unique and the facility provided are worth coming to the college
- The diversity amongst the student intake is very good
Dislikes
- The student is very high and can feel too crowded at some moments
- The academics could sometimes be an issue due to the 75% attendence policy
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is decent and well defined. The curriculum is updated every year and we are encouraged to hone out skillset to be prepared for future technicalities. The course can be made better by adding more unique courses. The exams conducted very often and difficulty level is easy
Placement Experience:
All the students eligible for placements shall register with the training and placement office at the end of the 6th semester as per the annexure. Companies visited in University are Microsoft, google , Amazon, ibm, hcl ,tcs etc

- The in campus provided student canteen, and the variuos stall provided on occasions or any events
- The in campus facilities of various club , clubs for each intrest type in all category and proper participation taken with auditions
Dislikes
- Lack of public seating spacein campus specially during rush hour
- Lack of lifts in main University building for students , as we have to climb till 13 th floor or wait in long queues
Placement Experience:
SRM university has a strong placement record supported by a dedeicated career development centre (CDC). The highest package was of 52 LPA in 2024 with the average around 8.7 LPA . Top companies came for placement like amazon, accenture and tata consultancies
