- College fest is awesome and clubs for racing and semi conductors helped gain some level practial knowledge.
- The aesthetic view of the campus will make you feel like you are at one of the best universities in India.

- Stay hostel I feel pathetic condition comparing to amount paid anually
- I don't like the professors and they behaviour is very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The one suggestion I got is start the core curriculum in 2nd year ,in srmap the course u choose,like I'm cse aiml but I'll only be introduced to ai and ml in my 3rd year the first 3 years are just fiddling around with other language

- Really big and huge library with a really big collection of books for every type of things
- The girls to boys ratio for Btech CSE is around an average of 70:30
Dislikes
- The university infrastructure is lacking and for AC we have to first inform our FA
- There is discrimination against norths done by some teachers
Placement Experience:
Students start to get offer from 6 sem and most of the companies come for placement and the highest package is around 60 lpa and average is 8 lpa and the percentage of students getting placed is around 80 to 90 percent and my plan is go for mtech after degree

- Canteen food was not that much tasty as of coffee shop

Campus was good and teachers were good . Good facilities were provided to the students. overall experience was good . even security was tightso in order to gain the development i choose this college. even transport services were good

- The campus culture is amazing.the freedom to explore while staying in hostel has always amazed me .There are many clubs to join which ranges from fun clubs such as dance,music to technical clubs such as racing teams.
- staffs are really healping with projects and doubts.culturals programs happen year round and is different for each department.placement assistance is provided but is low comparitively with previous years.
Dislikes
- the curfew for girls are fixed at 7 pm which was a dissapoinment as they had to report early.Outing plans had to be changed because of this.
- the area around the college is a local one which is 40 km away from chennai city.Even though suburban trains are available,its a hectic task to travel without a vehicle
Placement Experience:
placements are decent and not as high as its projected.we can start applying from 3rd year and companies arrive for interviews and exams.CSE btech has the highest no of offers.package starts from 3.5 lks and goes as high as 55lks.I had planned to do MS from a foreign university ,hence have not tried for placements.

- The college infrastructure is good and well maintained.
- The culture inside the college is diverse and you get a lot of exposure by meeting and greeting different kinds of people all around India.
Dislikes
- The college is overwhelming crowded during peak college hours.
- Being situated in Chennai it is mostly hot and humid throughout the year.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement logistics of this college is good as compared to other private colleges in India, students can apply for internships from the beginning of 3rd semester itself and can get a PPO based on there performance. Mostly mass recruiters visit the campus including top MNCs and offer made last years were around thousand. Highest package was around 54 lac with average being 7 to 8 lakhs, percentage of students getting placed is 75 to 80. My plan is to go for job after completing my degree
Likes
- I appreciated the fact that networking was encouraged in the college, There were many clubs which help you level up according to the industry standard.
- There are a lot of events happening here and there like hackathons, contests, quizzes etc. for good engagement.
Dislikes
- The teachers are a little egoistic, so, got to treat them nicely (the less knowledgeable the more ego).
- College is a little stingy if you got an off-campus internship. Until and unless you have landed a fortune 500 company's internship, there will be no on-duty allowances for internships.
Placement Experience:
you become eligible the moment you reach 3rd year. many companies visit SRM like AWS, Honeywell, Delloite, Samsung, ABinBev etc. Hieghest packages are mostly Off campus, on campus hieghest was 50 lakh (Delloite) percentage of getting placed is quite high (80-90%) but those are mostly non-tech jobs.

- Campus is too big.. around 260 acres campus is big.
- Free shuttle bus service are also available in campus.
Dislikes
- The college is little bit crowded. Around 20000 are students there.
- High fees.. academic fees is too high in college.
Placement Experience:
Placement of college is good . Around 7.5 lakh is average package depending upon your skills and your hard work . Around 80p companies visited last time thera are few giants tata, Amazon, Google,Meta and all. - The college life is good with overall campus environment and friendly staff

- Mess food is a bit bland and lack the quality expected from a 80000 mess fees
- Japanese and bio are some useless subjects with credits in 1st year
Placement Experience:
Placements of our college are above satisfactory given the scenario of huge job crisis and fierce competition in the IT sector. The average package is somewhere around 10-12LPA AND highest is around 65lpa Companies like TCS Wipro Infosys visit along With FAANG companies and other tech as well. Placements rate are the speciality as 90percent of our students get placed and internship offered at 3rd or 4th year as well. My plans after my BTech journey is to crack GATE And persue MTech from some IIT

- Campus is best here . Nice infrastructure
- More labs such as computer physics and bio science

- The hostel life is bad here . The food is worst
- Insects like mosquitoes and lies everthing u can find here
Course Curriculum Overview:
Maybe the clubs are the best thing here There are different types of clubs like cinematic , anime, editing, badminton and all sorts of games . The frequency and timings of exams is best here we get extra leisure hours to study

- Infrastructure of the college is very vast. Student's who know how to properly utilize them will be benefited
- Food is available in every main building like tech park and UB. Java canteen is the biggest canteen which is like a food street and is affordable. Many events are organized.
Dislikes
- Crowd. Due to high intake the college is completely crowded
Placement Experience:
According to my observation students where able to grab placements from their 6 semester. There are many MNCs which comes to the campus which includes Amazon,Microsoft and mass recruiters like infosys and etc. This year the highest package as of october is 52 lakhs and it was offered to one person. Around 90% of the student's get placed and the rest 10% are left behind because of their arrears or other interests. I plan to crack a package above 10lpa and after few years I will be starting my own start up in my interested domain.
