One of the top advantages of Electronics and Communication engineering is it offers you complete freedom to switch between the software industry and the hardware industry. This is one of the main reasons why a lot of companies prefer ECE engineers when compared to other engineers. The placement is good. At the end of 3rd year, you get eligible for getting placed in the college. Companies like Amazon Wipro etc around an offer of 6 to 8 LPA. You need around 6.5 to 7 cgpa for just sitting in the placement cell.
At the end of the 6-semester companies Start to hire students who got skills via different test methods, for example, TCS, infotech, etc the average package is 3 LPA and the highest can go up to 50 LPA. You should have at least a 6.5 cgpa to sit in the placement drive. I am now practising my c++ for placement my dream package would be 10 LPA
The placements from the college are good. It's one of the top colleges for placements. Usually, the majority of the students get placed. This time 500 placements in the first drive. And if you work hard you'll get a decent package.
Because I'm interested in electrical engineering and enjoy robotics and MatLab programming. I choose to major in b.tech EE. Exams are scheduled every month on the dot. exams are moderately difficult, but if you prepare well, you can do well.
