Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time Diploma Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Candidate must have passed 10th std./SSC examination or equivalent examination from any recognized board.

Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya offers two Diploma courses in Engineering and Pharmacy in full time regular mode.

Eligibility
Candidates looking for admission in any of these courses must have passed matriculation.
For Diploma in Pharmacy, candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for the reserved categories) in total. They must have Physics and Chemistry as the compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology.
For Diploma in Engineering, candidates must have a minimum of 35% marks in their 10+2 level, from any recognised Board. They must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the subjects during the 10+2 level.
Candidates applying for both of the programs must have a valid MP-PPT (Pre-Polytechnic Test) score to use during the counselling session.
Selection Criteria
- Selection for the Diploma program will be done on the basis of submitted PPT scores. Candidates will have to register for the counselling at the official website of DTE Madhya Pradesh.
- They have to upload the necessary scanned documents required for the entire counselling procedure. Failing to which their candidature shall be considered cancelled.
- If the documents could not be uploaded, candidates will be intimated with reporting to the nodal centre regarding the verification of documents.
- Nearby verification centres would be allocated and candidates need to print the acknowledgement copy with them while visiting the verification centre. They need to pay the counselling fee and after the verification.
- Candidates will have to fill in the choices in the decreasing order of preference and lock them. Minimum 10 choices are to be filled which must include specializations from RGPV. Once the options are locked by the candidate, they cannot change the options.
- Various rounds of counselling shall be conducted and allotment of seats will be done. Following table gives the idea of cut off of last year;

- I dislike the placement opportunity students feels hard to get job before no job fair or campus is organised by institute
- I dislike the internship opportunities internship is best way to get practical knowledge and I'm civil field it is most important
Fees and Financial Aid:
I have yearly fees that is annually paid that amount is 7900 per year rather than that we have to enroll in their online rgpv site that have annual charge 80 or 90 rupees other than that we have to submit registration free 100 and some of minimum charge is taking before exam as exam fees

Dislikes
- No clean in my campus and toilets are very dirty.
Fees and Financial Aid:
8000 fees for a year and other expenses are on you whether you prefer but for me i least a room for 3000 per month and my room is far away form my college so i have to travel something 8 to 10 km a day. I got scholarship for rupees 11000 and for mechanical branch students there are campus job and they get 6000 stipend as well.

- Very far from bus stand and railway station

34000 per year for tuition fees and other mandatory fees for exam forms and other subscriptions. Vikram Aditya scholarship scheme for students and only for lower caste students they got good returns every year and I got a job in Jyoti Construction in Bhopal

- Big campus and large area of playground .
- Best think do you like large number of books in library.
Dislikes
- Very chip facilit of drinking water not safe water for drink.
- Poor communication form college administration.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The policy of study cost and fees is very high cost like 13000 to 55000 rupees per annual fees of this collage. And versus the benefits of a scholarship, and financial assistance. like always yojana and many more.

- Much scope after completing this course for good job.
- Best for middle class and low class peoples.
Dislikes
- Dirty campus and no hostel facility available.
- Far from railway station and bus station.
Fees and Financial Aid:
My family thinks that it is so costly to study but they don't know how much study cost because my fees for a year is 34 thousand and 731 rupees but I got a scholarship of 24 thousand so only 10 thousand rupees per year is not much costly. Not a good campus and no good jobs.

- No buses and transport facilities is worst there.
- Sometimes too much traffic noise in classes.
Fees and Financial Aid:
One of the most expensive courses in my city but in front of another engineering course it is cheap and 18000 thousand fees per year are easy for my family. Obc, St, and SC students got 11000 scholarships and no financial assistance but some campuses arrived and many students participated in it.

The fees are just like ok for the students. total cost studies for approximately 50000. Nsp etc scholarships help with the study. College provides the placement for the job... College is helpful for study and placement.
