- The food is one of the best thing in manipal they have the best menu every week
- The infrastructure is very good the buildings are tall and air conditioned
Dislikes
- Travel discomfort - I lived in a city that was out of the way, and commuting was a hectic and slightly expensive endeavour
- NRI quota which is unfair for the students who came by merit

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because of the current IT boom and demand and because it was in my field of interest. Ryt now I'm in my first year so can't say anything about my branch faculty because the syllabus is common for all btech students now but ye so far it's really good.
Likes
- Infrastructure is very good. Its private and newly made that is why it has good infrastructure.
- Academics and teaching of teachers is pretty good
Dislikes
- Didnt like the class timings as it is very uneven.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is good, we are studying approximately the same thing thats been taught in colleges like DTU, IIIT, etc. Faculty is good, it depends on the student if he wants to interact with them and be responsive with them or not. Faculty are very friendly in nature and cooperative.

- The Campus of the college is very vibrant and cheerful.
- The mess food is better than most of the other colleges out there.
Dislikes
- Some parts of the campus like the Central Library, Sports Complex, Administrative Block and some new hostel blocks and still under construction
- The guards are strict for unnecessary reasons
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was into Computers since a very young age and given the marks i got across the paper, this was the best course for me. The faculty:student is quite nice in this college which i believe is around 1:14. All the faculty teaching here are PHD and have done so from respectable colleges such IIT, NIT, BITS. Mid term exams happen every 8 weeks where End term exams happend after 4 months and thus is very regular, they were very generic in terms of passing but did require you to study properly to pass.

- Campus Life and facilities are really good
- Great placement and intake from top MNC's
Dislikes
- Disliked the student crowd due to massive intake in B.Tech
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, Birla Tech, Adani Energy, and other top MNC's. Highest package was 30 LPA and average package of 8 LPA. About 95% of the students were placed. I'm planning to purse MBA after the degree.

- Social life is best. Students come from everywhere in India

- Few of the faculty members are not helpful when you need their help.
Placement Experience:
The placements start in the 7th semester for btechs. The 8th semester is for internships. A total of 339 companies came, out of which 275 were for BTech students. 92.9 percent of students get placed on an average, where the lowest package is 8.5 Lpa and the highest is 54.75 Lpa. The average package is 12.5 Lpa. The top 50 students get an average package of 36 LPA. My plan after completion of my degree is to get a job above 20Lpa or start my own startup.
Likes
- I like the beaches , waterfalls, forests very much.
- I love clubs and student-projects provided by MIT Student-Council.
Dislikes
- Studying in MIT is very costly and quality of education is not that good compared to BITS and IITs
- The weather is very bad with heavy and unpredictable rainfall.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose the CSE core branch since I like to participate in many fields rather than choosing a specialized branch. The faculty-student ratio is average but not very appreciable. All the faculty members are qualified in their Ph.D. and also some in M.Tech. I like their teaching method. Term exams are conducted twice every year and those are easy to pass except biology.

- Exposure this college provides to outside world and limitless opportunities
Dislikes
- False rumours about drug culture over here
Placement Experience:
90% of the students get placed over here. major Fortune 500 companies come to the campus but a lot of mass recruiters come too. The highest package last year was 60 lack and the average was 13 lacs. For CSE and related branches, it was 17lpa

- the chair and bench of the classroom is also good

- as such till now every thing is good no such complains

for 5th smester ownwords there are many comaapnies i do not have idea till now as i am in my 1st year highest package offord by microsoft package of 45.5 lakh in website it shows 95% placement gaurantee to be a data analysit in a comapany

- High fees and lesss average package as compared to fees

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements many companies have visited Manipal and Manipal has a great alumni network last year 10 students received a package of above 30 lakh, and the highest package was 54 LPA 90 % of students got placed due to less number of student intake. After getting my BTech degree I am opting for MBA.

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. All the ultra-high-end companies visit our campus. The highest package was 45 LPA and the average is around 14 LPA Around 80% of the students do get placed.
