The fee structure of JNU is really pocket friendly you have to pay less than 500 per year for courses in BA for the hostels you have to pay 3000 per year you only have to pay the mess charges depends upon your meals. In German language you'll get so many scholarship opportunities like DAAD, Konstanz etc these scholarships are fully funded you'll get an opportunity to go to Germany through these scholarships and these are fully funded scholarships. If you take admission in JNU you must've not been involved in any kinda employment otherwise you might be not get the scholarships

JNU is one of the most affordable universities of India. We have only ?268 academic fees for one semester. For hostel, you have to spend 3k/yr excluding food. If we talk about scholarships , then every language provide scholarships and also opportunity to study abroad at minimum costs. However the university itself provides MCM scholarships of ?2k/month for those whose parental income is less than 2.5 lakh/yr.

As of now, the semester fee is 108. Other than this, you'll need to pay the mess bill if you're living in a hostel which sums up to around 3000-3500. At the beginning of a new semester, a maintenance fee of around 1500 is also charged. As of now, we have a DAAD scholarship from Germany for 2nd-year students. You can go to Germany to study over there for some months. Just register for the scholarship, have a B2 level proficiency certificate and give the interview.
