- The South Wales University offers an M.Sc in Sports Coaching and Performance duration of 1 year.

- Our sports coaching masters offer advanced insight into how psychology, physiology, strength and conditioning, and movement analysis impact performance.
- This program has been designed for those working within sport and coaching, or recent graduates with coaching experience.
- Work-based learning is an important part of this sports coaching course, with students taking a 140-hour placement with one of our many industry partners.
- The integration of theory and practice will enhance and develop students' ability to reflect on current coaching practice, plan appropriate training programs and critically analyze existing approaches to performance coaching.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students should have completed a bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- Students should have a minimum of 2:2 Honours degree in relevant subject although the relevant experience can also be taken into account.
- This course is most suitable for those who hold a formal UKCC coaching qualification, preferably at Level 3, or those who have suitable coaching experience.
- Alternatively, those working within a coaching environment such as an NGB coach, Academy coach, High-performance coach, Sports development officer, strength and conditioning coach, or sports science support will be considered.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
