Project Management programs at Teesside University provide you with the skills and knowledge to plan, implement, control, and deliver your projects at strategic and operational levels. You will gain significant analytical, interpersonal, and practical competencies through tailored modules that cover planning and visualization, risk management, procurement and contract strategy, health and safety, managing operations and finance, and management of change. You will have access to IT Laboratory installed with SYNCHRO software and @RISK® risk analysis tool. SYNCHRO is the 4D BIM construction scheduling and project management software. You will learn to use the software, integrate the schedule and 3D model, and assess and review the integrated model. You will also learn how to use the software, develop models, simulations, sensitivity analysis and interpretation of risk model outputs.
