Students consider the neurological and cognitive mechanisms that underlie actions and internal mental processes, as well as the social and developmental factors that influence human behavior.
  • Students also study how psychology can be applied to a range of settings and topics to inform our understanding of complex issues such as living with mental health conditions, improving educational practices, apprehending offenders, improving workplace satisfaction, and enhancing athletic performance.
