- Biomedical science is the investigation of a wide range of subject areas to understand the cause, diagnosis and treatment of human disease.
- As a biomedical scientist students work in partnership with clinicians and other healthcare professionals, at the forefront of the NHS, private healthcare services and the biotechnology industry, undertaking a broad range of clinical laboratory investigations in pathology, immunology and infectious disease control.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- 96-112 UCAS tariff points.
- Applicants must have studied at least one relevant subject at Level 3. Eligible subjects include:
Biology.
Chemistry.
Applied Science. - Typical Level 3 qualifications include:
- A levels (within a minimum of grade C from one relevant subject).
BTEC Extended Diploma.
Access to HE Diploma.
Indian Student Eligibility:

Applicants must have:
- India Standard XII – 65% minimum from all state boards.
- Diploma from the State Board of Technical Education with 60% minimum (including MEng).
- Holders of the International Baccalaureate Diploma with 28 points or more will be considered for direct admission to Bachelor degree courses.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
