  • While the study of law prepares students for a career in the legal profession, it also develops vital personal skills in teamwork, communication, writing and time management, so that they are more than ready to face the challenges of a range of careers should they decide that law isn't for them.
  • This course is truly innovative in that students can observe real law in action from Semester 2 of Level 4.  The core module 'Law in Society' is delivered by the college award-winning Legal Advice Centre and means students will gain invaluable insight into the pro-bono work that universities are proud to undertake, attending solicitor interviews with clients and helping to support access to justice in their city.
  • The Legal Advice Centre is something students can be part of all the way through to students final year of study.  Since 2014, LJMU's Legal Advice Centre  has helped over 500 clients and given £0.6million worth of free advice to the local community.
