- The area of special educational needs and disability (SEND) has seen much government interest recently. This course focuses on inclusion.
- The students can make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, and meet the aspirations of their families.
- They will join a learning community of committed students, professionals, and specialist tutors from a range of related disciplines.
- Here, the fields of education, health and social care, and local and national government combine, as they must in the real world for the greatest outcomes.
- They will understand the perspectives and frameworks of the various stakeholders involved in supporting children and young people with SEND.
- That means they will never work in isolation. They will learn about the duties of the different professionals, they will encounter in their career, and the best practices followed.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Entry Requirements for the following course:
- A first degree, with honors, in a related subject and at a minimum final classification of a lower second (2:2) or equivalent.
- If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognized by Anglia Ruskin University
- The works experience is more useful for students opting for the thesis-based Master's program and the admission is offered based upon publications, participation in research projects, and academic awards.
- Students without related academic experience or work experience students are also encouraged to apply, given they have an overall average of at least 70% are required in the UG program.
