- MSc Applied Exercise and Health Science is set in the context of the current health climate, where there is an emphasis on the need to develop quality health services for all ages across the health and social sector.
- Throughout the course, applicants will be supported by enthusiastic and highly qualified staff who perform regular clinical investigations within the National Health Service and bring this experience into the teaching.
- Guest lectures take place from experts such as clinical physiotherapists, cardiac rehabilitators and public health project developers.
- They will have access to specialist sport and exercise laboratories where they can carry out assessments such as an electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiography, vascular sonography, cardiopulmonary exercise testing and autonomic function testing.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants from a range of undergraduate subjects (health, science, sport and exercise) will be considered.
- Standard offer for accepting students onto this program is an undergraduate degree at 2.2 or above.
Indian Students Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree of at least 3 years duration or a Professional Degree (4 years)
English Proficiency:
- International students (with a first degree from a non-UK higher education institution), need to demonstrate English language proficiency, with a combined 6.5 IELTS score (or equivalent).
