The Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zurich program will enable students to undertake independent practical or scientific professional work as civil engineers and generally lasts four semesters.
The Master’s curriculum consists of two specialisations, electives (free electives, digital and project-based electives, Science in Perspective), one seminar work in project management, one project work and the master’s thesis.
Civil Engineering presupposes basic knowledge and skills in the disciplines Mathematics, Mechanics, Computer Science and Civil Engineering.
