Course Curriculum Overview :
Many suggested that BCA is the best course after engineering and ramaiah is the best place to do it it prepares me well for my real world problems teaching methods must be improved by teachimg students in a friendly manner and in an interactive manner and introduce sports to give some breaks. Kannada exams need some extra one hour as there is so much to write other than that all the exams can be finished in the given time and difficulty level is moderate
Internships Opportunities :
The companies offering internships in ramaih are Infosys,volvo,HCL,JP Morgan and many other companies like these. Some of the projects are market analysis,data analysis,sales strategy, project testing and many other great projects like these
Placement Experience :
Placements of our college is too good average placement is 700000 and highest placement is 500000 From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements in my course. The prominent companies visited here are TCS, Infosys,IBM,Wipro, Accenture, motherhood hospital Percentage of students getting placements are 95 percent. My plan is complete BCA and do MCA and get into good company with decent salary and package for betterment of my future.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The fees for the course BCA is 120000 and if u get good percentage in 12th fees can be reduced upto 15000 based on your percentage and exam fees is 4200(sem exams for BCA) scholarships are available for both students of Karnataka and and other states
Campus Life :
Campus Life is too good to interact with eachother not only u can interact with students of your course but also interact students of other course also social life can be improved. Kannada rajyotsava,food fests, freshers party and many other celebrities are done with great enthusiasm here. There would be minimum 4 celebrations held every month In library there are all types of books it's a huge library to active readers story books textbooks all types of books are available here The classes are very clean and blackboards are there even projecters and smart boards are available here in classrooms. There are many teams in the college like kabaddi,cricket , football and also individual games tournaments are held very frequently inter college tournaments and all. Groups are made to send PDFs and notes to maintain healthy students teachers relationship and also advises are given to studuto improve their studies and lifestyle and students have their groups where they interact with eachother in a friendly manner.
Admission :
I applied to rv college for BCA course and I didn't get admission as fees was a bit costly and there was no relevant transportation facility. Also christ was rejected by me for same reason. Ramaiah was the best option available for me as the transportation facilities were good course was good college was highly rated in terms of teaching and tidiness Admission process is simple in 12th u must have minimum 50 percentage no exams are required for my course cutoff are minimum 50 percentage in 12th overall admission experience was good as my fee was reduced by 10000 as I got 85 percentage in my 12th board exams
Faculty :
Overall the faculty is decent in terms of teaching but it needs some improvement in the way they teach during 1st year they leave inexperienced teachers to teach where they do not have depth knowledge in their own subject students and teachers relationship in good but some teachers tend to target students for no reason exams are easier than compared to engineering there are students who fail there are also students who get good marks also decent marks english faculty is the best in my opinion he is very friendly and good in teaching computer department is a bit overrated but it can be rectified further in coming semesters overall the faculty is decent
Night Life :
There is cafeteria near our college called bros cafe where most of the students hangout to free their minds Canteen is very good in our college various foods are served with great taste.The locality is very safe for women and children also to roam around at night many non veg cafes and restaurants are available for non veg lovers also
