Course Curriculum Overview :

The BBA course curriculum at KJC is well structured as i have mention before and highly relevant. Key aspects like specialized electives, case studies and industry focused projects influenced my decision to choose this course. While the course is comprehensive, adding more internships and real-world examples could enhance its practically.

Internships Opportunities :

From 2024, the college started to provide internship oppotunities to the 2nd year student of UG programs related to finance and accounting. Various are coming for the role of finance, operations with the option to convert into full time opportunities and also looking forward to keep these program for the future years.

Placement Experience :

Placements are strong, with companies like Deloitte,EY, KPMG, TCS, and Wipro visiting the campus, The highest packages goes up to 10 LPA, with average of 3-5 LPA. From ever department as they enter 3 year Criteria student with no backlogs Around 70-80% of students who opt for placement get placed. Im going for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The details fee structure of my course is 95000 for 1 acedemic year which includes ever other charges except for Examination fee i.e 2000 average for every end sem exam. My course is for 3 years. Registration fee is 500 before admission after that if you are from coming from a different state you will have to pay 18000 extra (only once). I have not opt for scholarship so i don't have much idea about it but there are several scholarships that is offered.Apart from this my friends from different courses pays different for eg: B.com cpa charges 1.30lakh and BCA 85000. The fees of different courses has some changes in it so consider cheking it in their college website.

Campus Life :

Campus life at KJC is vibrant, with events like karnival(Dec) and Jayantian Fest(Feb) adding excitement. The Library is well-stocked with books and journals with more than 50,000 books, and classrooms are equipped with modern technology. Sports facilities for badminton, Basketball, inter college cricket along with clubs for debate, entrepreneur, photography and more, offer extracurricular options. Student-run groups further enhance collaboration and personal growth

Admission :

I had applied in Shardha University, Noida admission was on merit basis i.e 60% after 12 but later i was asked to come bangalore and at that from my shortlist i chose KJC as the admission process was easy. i didn't got any rejection I filled the form and applied 60% after 12, gave interview where they asked some questions on management.

Faculty :

The faculty at KJC is approachable and supportive, with a favorable faculty to student ration that ensures individual attention, i don't know the actually ration in numbers. Many Faculty members are experienced and use interactive teaching methods, making learning engaging. There are some faculty which i liked and there are faculty which i don't like. I can't disclose their names. Exams include regular online assessments that are done inside classes itself, midterm and End Sem with a moderate difficulty level that most students can clear with mild preparation. The marking of exams as of my knowledge are mostly on what you have written and how much you have understood in short it encourage holistic learning.

Interview Experience :

i had not prepared for Interview because i knew about the topic the topic was on managements and three simple questions were asked which i answered and got some advise from interviewer Min 60% after 12th

Night Life :

Nightlife around KJC is quiet good with gym, restaurant, cafe closing by 10 pm and hostel gates by 9 pm. Popular nearby hangouts include Elements mall, Truffles, Corner house. The area is generally safe, though students are advised to stay cautions at night.

Placement Experience:

from 5th semesters the students become eligible for placements and some big companies like Goldman sacks, Deloitte, EY, DE shaw etc. will start visiting and will get the cream students with the packages o 12-15 lpa, this years the placement rate was low for BBA but the packages were higher. IN BCom. most of the students get placed but at a very low package of 4-6 lpa, the BCA students will get placed pretty easily as it is the flagship program. The palns after degree would be pursuing MBA which most of the students do and complete that. The average overall package you can say would be 8 lpa with placement rate of 50-60%. Thsi year most of the investment banker and finance related profiles got the maximum package with HR and marketing with average and less profiles in comparison.

Our course included The package of TCS where the give the certificate of completion of TCS course and they also place our students to TCS. Also this year there is an opportunity from Charles University Australia where they merge with the courses and get the opportunity to learn in Australia . They collaborate with the college and provide us 25% scholarship and 50% scholarship for 5 students from Yenepoya. There are some frieght forwarding companies who come and place our students and see their performance based on interviews. The best profile companies offer up 70000 rupees per month. I plan to continue my further studies on MBA
