I liked the volley ball court and football court

The events are not much happening quite boring

Course Curriculum Overview :

The teaching methods are good and there and many hackathon and ideathon in the college , we have 2 midsem examination and those are for 40 marks and the end sem exam is for 100 marks and is converted to 60 marks

Class Size : 74Course Fees : INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

We get all kinds of roles in the placements and now recently our college started giving training for the interviews from 1st sem which is quite helpful to crack many interviews they teach us about technical as well as non technical rounds.

Placement Experience :

From 3rd year that is 5th sem students become eligible for the course and there are many companies which visit our college this year highest was 36 lakh and to sit in clg placement of above 10 lakh package students should get minimum of 8 cgpa overall and they should not have any backlog

Fees and Financial Aid :

I came to this clg from the college exam which is called as dsat and I pay rupees 3 lakh per year and my batchmates who came from management pay 3.75 lakh and other courses like mechanical and ece should pay 2.5 lakh with dsat and 3 lakh with management

Campus Life :

We have taranga annual festival which is held in the month of March in this fest all dayananda Sagar institutions college come and it is a 3 days fest and now we have a fest called and cascades which is a intra college fest for only dayananda sagar university that is engineering college medical college and physiotherapy college and there are many sports event happening

Admission :

I didn't apply for any other colleges i always wanted to join dayananda sagar and the admission process is quite easy we can join our college based on 3 basis one is management, then dsat and cet cut off of the cet depends on the caste and usually it ranges from 20k to 35k for cse courses and others it is till 50 to 60

Faculty :

The faculties are very friendly and clear all the doubts we have and they appreciate the doubts and clarify then and there they provide lots of information, i don't like our tnt teacher he doesn't give marks even when we write one of my friend wrote same answer as the pdf and he said pdf itself is wrong we can't ask marks

Interview Experience :

The admission process was quite simple I joined this college by writing a exam of the college called as dsat which was conducted offline and we could attend this exam from anywhere. And the questions were quite simple and easy. These questions were basic questions which u studied in your lower grades. After i get selected i had to pay the full fee of the academic year and then I got enrolled into the college .

Night Life :

We have a good cafeteria in the medical college block and near hostel we have a good cafeteria but it is a bit far from the college and near college we have a place called and friends adda where we get most of our snacks and in college we have a food truck and the food is not soo good but also not soo bad it is manageble and the cafeteria inside the campus is quite pricy

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

Placement Experience:

The placements at presidency university offers is average, the placements percentage is high but the packages are low, the highest was around 13L per Annum and average of around 3L per annum. Students are eligible for placements in third year, while having many opportunities for internships during the period of 4 years. There are various companies that visit our college for placements such as shell, tech Mahindra, dell, capgemini, and many more companies. Placement of this college is decent. If students give thier maximum they will get it and the good part is, the college pushes us for placements and introduces many more things for good placements like placement programs.
