Likes

The infrastructure and college environment is very good.
Smart classrooms and Wi-Fi campus along with cafeteria .

Dislikes

Classes were not taken properly and teachers are not efficient.
The drainage system of the college is awful.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was structured very geniusly. The syllabus train the students to get a strong hold over the language and to dive into deeper aspects of literature. There are total 8 exams held during the course period.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 2160 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

The total course fee was taken at the time of admission which is an amount of 2160 rupees. It's worth mentioning that an additional fee of rupees 2000 was taken for the seminar purpose. Compensation in fee was given to students with reservation.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is overall good everyone is so friendly and off helpful nature. Ragging was strictly prohibited in the campus premises. The central library and Kanika Library has a great collection of rare books and research material.

Admission :

RAVENSHAW University has a great legacy and is one of the most prestigious educational institution of the state. It's like a dream come true to became a student of RAVENSHAW. It was my first choice and I got selected in the first selection.

Faculty :

There are total sixteen faculty members in my dept and the student to teacher ratio is good. Prof Urmishree Bedamata and prof Gurudev Meher are the teachers whom I like most. They are simply extraordinary .

Night Life :

Night life inside the campus is very elegant. Even after the working hour the campus premise remain very lively. Gymnasium, cafeteria, and Library remains open till 9 pm and hostel timing for boys is 11pm and for girls is 10 pm

Like if I say why I did choose the course of MA in English is just because I want to appear UGC neet exam and I want to be assistant professor in English it's my dream and even I want to even try in meaning other competitive examinations in our state and even in India. The eligibility criteria is straight forward, at least you should own a 3year bachelor degree. As for getting admission download the form from the brochure fill in the relevant details, choose the nearest study center of your choice and submit it with the required essential papers and pay the registration fee of rs 400 and based on the merit.

There are no as such placement opportunities or internship regarding the courses by the college or university but the college supports for national and state competitions and help students to qualify them.
