Course Curriculum Overview :

I already have a family background for choosing this course. The college follow a different pattern while compared to other colleges which is more convenient to cope up with. They follow a single subject for 2 weeks which is easier to understand without any confusions

Internships Opportunities :

I'm still in first year so I don't have idea about that. But I have heard that seniors have gone to many famous architects for internship and have a very good scope. I don't have much idea about that .

Fees and Financial Aid :

The first year fee is 1,60,000 per year. And transport fee is 45,000 for any location in Chennai and kancheepuram. Food must be paid to individual canteens through a food app. Other expenses will not be included in this. Industrial visit fee will be collected separately

Campus Life :

It is a very big campus and a very beautiful and peaceful campus. There are so many courses offered here. There are many canteens food courts and restaurants. Campus is very beautiful. There are so many events.

Admission :

I liked the pattern of teaching they follow while other colleges have period and semister pattern. We have a course completed in 2 weeks and all submissions will be done within those 2 weeks. And we have University exam thrice a year

Faculty :

Faculties and friendly. Teaching method is good . Course pattern is study friendly. Easy to understand and concentrate. No excess stress. Very less students tend to fail or find it difficult. All faculties are well knowledged and trained

Interview Experience :

There we no interview. We wrote nata exam and that score was considered for the admission. They checked 12th percentage and nata score and also considered jee mains paper 2 marks. There was no other exams

Night Life :

I am a day scholar so I don't know much about night life in saveetha. But as of I heard from the hostlers I got good reviews from them. There are many libraries cafeteria and other stuffs to spend time

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very application based and hence very creatively stimulating. Architecture is best done when practiced and hence the college can only broadly address all the aspects of the practice. Teaching of the concepts required immense experience and knowledge and should be done with a lot of case studies for easier understanding. The exams have good intervals between them giving ample time to prepare.

Placement Experience:

Fourth year of architecture course is completely for internship in architectural firms around the world. This offers how practically the practice of Architects helps in construction. Thus we have some limited campus interviews after final year with some good salary packages. Architecture is a professional course which we can start a firm after getting a licence from central authority and also work as a junior in any firm all over the world. Every one of us get placed with our own involvement in getting knowledge. Starting packages of around two lakhs per annum.

Admission:

I got admission in the college by getting a minimum of 50% marks in my higher secondary education with mathematics as a compulsory subject. I even gave National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) exam with a score of 80 out of 200.

Placement Experience:

Th college does not provide any placement or internship programs but it trains the interested students to be confident enough and to be ready for every interview. The student can be a Landscape architect, Estates manager etc and can get a good stipend.

Remarks:

My director is someone i HIGHLY look upto, one of my reasons to love this college. He is a man i keep in a very high position of respect for his knowledge and the person he is. The college may not cater to your cultural like any other college, it may not have a HUGE campus, or a fancy canteen, but u will be eternally grateful for the people you meet here, the friends you make , the teaches who guide you and the college itself. Its location is a HUGE plus point, in the heart of the city! It becomes a fond memory once you leave so every institution has its good and bad qualities, its what you make of it that will define your experience, and in my final year i can tell you, there is no other place id rather be.

College life is memorable for everyone. For us it was fun as well as educative. One because of our course curriculum and other because of the management's approach in handling the students.
