Too much restrictions on freshers . Like no one can step outside hostel gate easily.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose chemical engineering obviously because it has high placement rate and good upcoming future . Chemical engineering has placements in all core or non core companies . In tech companies also. That's why i choose this course

Class Size : 108Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many of the final year students got opportunity to be an intern in google . Etc As I am a first year i only know things i listen from the seniors . I will update you when ever i would gather something more.

Placement Experience :

From Sem 6 i think students become eligible for placements. Many core and non core companies came here right now placements are ongoing and everyday 5-6 students gets placed from each branch Chemical engineering has a placement rate of 86

Fees and Financial Aid :

I am a first year student right now in MANIT I AM IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT . EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TO LEARN IN FROM YOUTUBE . YOU CAN HAVE FUN HERE IN HOSTELS ETC. The Weather Is Unpredictable here in Bhopal. Various Sports activities are held here. But there are too many restrictions on freshers (1st year students). Our hostel has a z+ security for us (haha)

Campus Life :

Our club has various socities and clubs like roobaro , tooryanad (biggest hindi event in colleges in INDIA) , THINK INDIA AND MANY OTHERS. OUR cultural fest is MAFFICK . ORGANIZED AT VERY HIGH LEVEL SPORTS FACILITIES ARE GOOD but cricket ground isn't prepared for most of the season

Hostel Facilities :

Our room has 2 lan ports . Sufficient lighting , sockets etc. A balcony with very good view if you are lucky. Average hostel food not too good not bad also. Why you come for counselling registration for hostels are also done there.

Hostel Fee : INR 40000 per year

Admission :

I choose this college because i was getting a good trade (chemical engineering) and this college is one of the oldest NIT'S AND it is also one of the Best NIT'S In Terms of Average Package our college is in top 5 NIT'S I wanted to get into MNNIT but Cutoff of chemical engineering was slightly higher.

Faculty :

The Faculty to student ratio is good . Every faculty is easy to approach and there's no problem.in asking you doubts with any other faculty I personally don't like one of the beee professors his principals are like schools you have to complete your notes . In assignments if one line of yours matches with others the marks are 0. Exams - there are 3 exams in one sem. Mini (10marks) Mids(20marks) End sems(40marks) Paper isn't very difficult

Night Life :

THE gym Is good But isn't allowed for first year students . We are allowed to get into the gym by an physical test you should be a hostler . For 1st year 7pm is the deadline . Inside college you can visit thE MANIT lake But don't go there in your 1st year ..
