Teachers are very friendly towards the students
Very clean environment. High sanitary standards

Course Curriculum Overview :

Preparation of a student is very good. Outside knowledge is also provided along with book knowledge. Exams are conducted less frequently. I would suggest for improvement in the study material as the courses are too much

Internships Opportunities :

Name of the companies offered under internships are - 1 IOCL 2 BAJAJ Depend are all above 10000 rupees There are test and exams taken and also various projects are given which are then analysed and the desired students are offered placements in the companies.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Yearly I pay 800 rs ( for students who availed the free admission scheme ) and for other students its 5500 on admission for one semester. There are 2 semesters in a year. Exam fees is taken 1200 rs along with 350 rs for practical twice a year

Campus Life :

The college has sports week during the starting of the year and other festivals such as Saraswati Puja etc. The accessibility and range of books in journals in the library are enormous. There are many number of books a student can access the library Classes have projectors for audio visual classes The college also has a student union who run extra curricular activities in the college

Admission :

I didn,t apply for admission in any other college. This college had every facility I needed in a college I didn't get any reception from any college just because I didn't apply in any other college The college has a cut off percentage ine marks for admission. Those who achieves the cutoff percentage in the marks are automatically admitted in the college

Faculty :

Two insem exams conducted by the college faculty which is medium in difficulty One Endsem exam conducted by the university it is under which is hard in difficulty Very few students fail as the preparations are very strict

Night Life :

The college has a gym with student can access after 4:00 p.m.. the college also has a canteen which provide number of food items. The college covers an area of forest which the students can access and hangout in free time. The locality is also safe to roam around at night and there is no harm in roaming around

Placement Experience:

After completion of graduation exams only students are choosen. I have completed B.Com degree from this college and I am very thankful to this college. But placement offers are very less not proportionate as compared to universities

Good for b.com

Admission:

Till my time admission process was totally offline. One need to fill the form and submitted to the college. Merit list is made on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th. Admission is only given on the merit basis.

Placement Experience:

Placement record of this college is quite poor. Although this college only provide general degree courses. There is Not much seen of on campus placement and job offer provide are not very good. Due to this reason many student go for MBA.

College under Gauhati University

Admission:

Getting admission in our college is quite simple one has to make application in offline mode by filling in the detailed application form which is available at the reception of the college along with the prospectus. After submission of the application you have to wait for the approval of college. Once the admission is approved you are required to complete the formalities like submission of fees and document verification. Nowadays admission application is also available online. One reason for opting for this college was that it was close to my residence and was popular in our district.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a placement and recruitment related help centre for Students. However when it comes to getting the students placed with good job packages the institute has almost nothing to offer. A student is on his own for jobs and internships and the college only provides the academic knowledge and degree certification.

The course of B.com here is average and better known for arts degree. There are internal exams and end semester exams.You can submit the paper for scrutiny but not for re-evaluation. The college provides bachelor's degree in arts and commerce.
