- professors are very supportive . They are very knowledgable and experienced.
- campus life is average . It is located almost 3 km away from the city.
Dislikes
- the campus is below average development in campus is not good.
- hostels are not well maintained. room are not well furnished.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am more interested in coding and software developement and it fascinates me so i choose Information Technology in KNIT to achieve my ambitions and goals. the sessional exams are 1 hour duration exam and semester is a 3 hour duration exam.
Placement Experience :
from 7th semesters students are eligible to sit in campus placement. TCS is mass recruiter in my college. my students placed in paytm, flipkart, syska, hcl,etc. Placement is quite decent in my college .
Fees and Financial Aid :
My College Name is Kamla Nehru Institute of technology and it is affiliated to AKTU . It is an Autonomus college and secures the 2nd rank in all aktu colleges . Fees is quitely less . The Academic fees is 57850 for all branches and 72850 for IT branch. All students pays same amount of fees. fee weiver also included in our college. Up scholarship is available for all the students any student can fill schoarship and it covers the academic fees.
Campus Life :
the cultural festival calles ANUBHUTI held in the interval of 2 years. LIbrary is quite small it doesn't contain all the books. there are various clubs like LIT, PFAC, HOBBY, PROGRAMMING,ETC. those students who intersted in respective field they can participate in it.
Hostel Facilities :
facilities provided in our room are 1 table chair set. 1 bed , Almirah for keeping all the necessary items. hostel mess meal is average not so good not bad. all the hostel are well equipped with wifi internet. But in order to run the internet on device students need to have mac registration
Admission :
I applied many colleges but after counselling i got this college . My ranking is not as good to get better colleges. there is a smooth admission process . All the admission process are written over the website of KNIT.
Faculty :
faculty ratio is good . All faculties have a decent relationship with students . They are very supportive.there are two sessional and after that semester conducted. exams are not much difficult . exams are average you can easily score good marks.
Night Life :
there is a gym but it is mostly all the time shuts down . Library is quite small and very dirty. after 5pm library is closed. it requires permission to hangout outside during nights for boys. girls hostels are very restricted. they don't have permission to go out at night or after 6pm evening.
