Course Curriculum Overview :

I was influenced by control system which is heard to be the best in the course Our course helps us in internship in various companies Some professor doesn't use smart boards Exams are held every 3months interval with medium level of difficulty in subjects

Class Size : 112Course Fees : INR 240000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are- Google- roles offered are sde and da stripend of 1.2 lakhs BNY mellon- roles offered is SDE with a stripend of 75000 Tata Steel - role offered is GET with a stripend of 40000 Web Development projects are made for freelance purposes

Placement Experience :

From 5th semester students become eligible for placements The placement percentage is around 90 percent Highest package is 80 lakhs per annum and lowest is around 6 lakhs per annum Google visited our campus and made 5 offers Amazon visited our campus and made 17 offers Attlasian also visits our campus and made 4 offers

Fees and Financial Aid :

Year wise fees-240000 Tution fees-200000 Caution fees-15000 Lab fees-20000 Bus fees-5000 Two third scholarship for financial poor whose average income is less than 900000 per year Full fees remission for students with income less than 500000 per year

Campus Life :

Cultfest is our annual festival and held around December Ojass is our technical festival and held around February We have a sports festival held every year known as URJAA Clubs are- Revantaa,Sankalp,team Rays We have ieee scientific journals and around 5000 books of various engineering topics

Hostel Facilities :

Facilities in rooms are- Wifi ,LAN, electricity Geeser,two light bulbs,study desk and chair Meal quality is average and we have diverse menu for both north and south cuisine Hostel facilities are given along with course registration

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

I chose this college based on placement records compared to other college I applied to Nit Rourkela Mechanical,Nit Patna Electrical Compared to the average package of the above college my college package was better For admission we have to apple for josaa counselling by giving jee mains The cutoff was around 21,000 rank

Faculty :

Faculty to students ratio is around 1 to 40 Faculties helps us a lot in new project selection Our hod in electrical engineering are the best proffesor He is a person who has helped me in my SIH project and guided us There are two exams per semester. One is mid sem and end sem We have absolute cgpa system Around 2-3 students failed And subject are quite easy

Night Life :

My favourite hangout spot is around NesCafe We have ups and downs ground as well musical nights arranged every Friday Library is open from 8am to 8pm except Sunday and public holidays Hostel in timing is 10 pm Famous hangout place- Papu Daa

Actually after you qualify for your jee exams after this you think who is the better collage and after this for this college which is better branch for your interest but after jee not so much intrest about branches feels like every branch is same for me Than u choose your brach to see the packages . Everything about NIT Jamshedpur

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester beginning only top companies start visiting the campus. All top IT companies visit the college. CSE branch has an average of 27 lpa with around 95% placements. The core branch also has very good placements. The MME branch and PIE branch has the best placements compared to every NITs. I am preparing for UPSC ESE. On an average around 97% students gets placed. Lowest package is 6.5 lpa and the highest is 82.5 lpa by Atlassian offered to 5 students of CSE, ECE and EE.

Replacement of our college is very good and it Jamshedpur is famous for placement only. In our branches that is civil here maximum packages 20 lpa and the average package is approx 8 lpa.
