Course Curriculum Overview :

I'm not gonna lie , I haven't got any seat in GCC so I chose Guwahati College The classroom needs improvement, the class is too small Students are 150 and capacity is only 100 That's it...............

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 14000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

The college fees is 14000 , they charged everything only form commerce students For example : library, electricity etc . It's not fair that other stream fees is too low than commerce Just because the commerce department is private it doesn't mean that they'll charge this type of amount

Campus Life :

Campus Life is good in Guwahati College All the students are friendly specially the union members The campus is ragging free Overall everything is good so nothing bad about guwahati college That's it...

Admission :

I don't get any seat in other colleges and my parents also told that , Guwahati College is near so go there , that's why Gcc is best in all formats That's it. And the admission process is ok but the fees structure is not

Faculty :

The members of commerce faculty is good , the teachers are also nice Behaviour is good with students. They explains everything perfectly , and easily The course structure is a four year undergraduate program ,

Night Life :

There's no nightlife in our college neither around guwahati college The place is too dark and in a underplace not visible by everyone So there's a risk of theft or other There's no gym in our college no hostell

Placement Experience:

Good for b.com

Admission:

Till my time admission process was totally offline. One need to fill the form and submitted to the college. Merit list is made on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th. Admission is only given on the merit basis.

Placement Experience:

Placement record of this college is quite poor. Although this college only provide general degree courses. There is Not much seen of on campus placement and job offer provide are not very good. Due to this reason many student go for MBA.

Admission:

Getting admission in our college is quite simple one has to make application in offline mode by filling in the detailed application form which is available at the reception of the college along with the prospectus. After submission of the application you have to wait for the approval of college. Once the admission is approved you are required to complete the formalities like submission of fees and document verification. Nowadays admission application is also available online. One reason for opting for this college was that it was close to my residence and was popular in our district.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a placement and recruitment related help centre for Students. However when it comes to getting the students placed with good job packages the institute has almost nothing to offer. A student is on his own for jobs and internships and the college only provides the academic knowledge and degree certification.

The course of B.com here is average and better known for arts degree. There are internal exams and end semester exams.You can submit the paper for scrutiny but not for re-evaluation. The college provides bachelor's degree in arts and commerce.
