Course Curriculum Overview :

2016-2020 was my batch. Completed my course in duration but no support for placement led me to change my stream and still date to support received. And also placement cell is worried about if anyone get placed or not

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 38000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

38000 for odd semeter and 36000 for even semesters. Inclusive everything tuiton. For sc st -0 zero rupees fees. Obc can apply for reimbursement. Dont expect college placement. Hostel life is good. No education pressure.

Campus Life :

Campur life was awesome. Full or fun . Number of bollywood star visit mdu for promotion and movie show is also there every week thursday. Medical hospital is also near by for any emergency. Late night facilities are available.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel life is awesome no restrictions . 10 hostel for boy 8 hostels for girls. Mess is good. Students are asked for menu. 2100-2500 is average bill amount. Breakfast lunch and dinner or sunday only breakfast and special lunch

Hostel Fee : INR 12800 per year

Admission :

I chooses this college for best infrastructure. In haryana compared to ymca or KU. Transportation and a good hostel life. When you are university give me more opportunities. I was wrong at choosing mdu for this reason.

Faculty :

Faculty dont worry if students is learning or not atleast in mechanical as i was in mechanical. We were never asked to come to class just submitting. Assignments and sessional and external was sufficient to complete.

Night Life :

Night life you have few option to go kharawar 10-15 km away from campus for good food. Or PGI Canteen . Near by market is also good and safe for girls . Guards security is so so not very good they let anybody enter campus

Less crowded college, but not the best college life and placements

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible in 3rd year for internships. However there are not much internship opportunity in the college. Only about 20-30 student get an internship on campus. Average stipend is around 20k.some companies visited are hero, Oyo rooms, mygate, service now etc. average package is around 8.5 lakhs and highest is 36Lakhs. My plans after degree is do to a start-up

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I knew a few people in the same course and they liked it and it aligned with my future plans as well. The course curriculum is shifting more towards placement oriented study and focusing more on increasing the placement statistics of the college. The area for improvement is focusing more on problem solving than cramming the theory to get good grades. There are exams every 2 months and the end semester exams are quite hard to crack if not prepared well and they cover up 35% of the total weightage.
