  • The college location, there are no spots around the college to go to. You first need to go the Kashmere gate metro station and then go wherever you want
  • The societies and fests are not fascinating

Course Curriculum Overview :

To be very honest the curriculum is as old as it was in 1990's. Nothing has been changed though it's all the same except for the some portions that has been deleted but as far as IPU syllabus is concerned, they don't release any syllabus so teachers actually teach according to their times

Internships Opportunities :

Well internships are usually for 3rd and 4th year students. No company comes for hiring 1st and 2nd year students. So they have to try off campus placement and off campus internships to gather those quick certificates and advantages

Placement Experience :

Well the average package is 8 LPA is for the cse student getting on campus placement. The highest package is 17 LPA.while the off campus placement gets upto 44 LPA. also the fact that this college has a positive placement rate like if you are serious, have skills, get a good cgpa you get a job.

Fees and Financial Aid :

96000 was the first deposit 53000 was the next Deposit 1000 was for library charge 1000 for other activities Per year we will be paying around 153600 Management quota fees remains different as they have to pay 3500 almost after every semester and like they had paid 7L before the college admission excluding the college fees No scholarship was there provided by the college although they are many government launched scholarships in which students can apply

Campus Life :

Well this college has a limited no. Of fests like dandiya night, tech fests . So I feel that there is where the college lacks behind. Apart from that there are multiple societies into which students can enroll themselves and can participate into various events. Apart from that you can bunk classes and enjoy the college and campus life :))

Admission :

To be honest this college was a miracle that happened to me. Because I had a weird condition that I will be not be going out of Delhi and want a government degree and the fact that I will be a day scholar rather than hosteller. My jee rank was 3.5L and at that rank I got this college in spot round 3 which was nearly the last round. No one knew about this college because this is off campus and less known. But yeah if your jee rank is less and you are not getting admission anywhere you can choose this. You will not regret

Faculty :

Touchwood the faculties and the teacher here are very very understanding, they teach like you don't need to study it from anywhere else (except for 1-2). The faculties who are already there in this university for more than 7 years they basically know how to teach students and like what will come and what is genuinely important. The fresher teachers are not really that good, because they keep on teaching without the lecture being interactive. The exams are easier usually it comes from the important topics that are told in class. And like you are able to pass easily. It is just the funda that you should have a good image infront teachers

Night Life :

Well this college has NO NIGHT LIFE. As this college doesn't have a hostel or facilities like gym and public area for students. The location itself is not supporting for a good night life:))). So no night life is there. You can stay in PGs though in north campus but apart from that there is no night life

Placement stats are great cause at least you can have 15 LPA as average and nowdays it is even higher around 18 to 20 LPA. Internships are also fine and all you have to do is skills that can compete with your peers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is really good. It helped me a lot to know what all skills i need to get a good job and help me understand the industry. I've leanrt a lot of soft skills. The only things that dissapoints me is the frequent quizzes and assingments which doenst allow students to do self studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course helps to prepare students for real-world applications and further academic pursuits is equally crucial. well the institute needs to improve in some areas, like the timing of exams should be carefully planned in order to reduce students' stress and the difficulty should challenge students without being overly daunting. A semester in IIT Delhi is nearly of 4 months during which they conduct a mid sem and end sem exams.

1. Placement season starts after external exams of 6th semester. 2. Mass recruiters here are ZS Associates (13.6 LPA), Accenture (4.5 LPA, 6.5 LPA) etc. 3. More than 60 percent students from CS/IT gets placed easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As AI came into our daily use, it has been a highly spreading skill that is making a lot of jobs in the market and i do have a major interest in this field. As this is my first year so nothing has been taught yet about AI but in upcoming years or maybe just next year onwards thing might get started. Exams are held in three terms Mid term 1,2 and End Term which are not much hard to score marks.

IIIT Delhi provides good on campus placement offers, but I guess due to recession the placement were worst last year. Otherwise the college has above 90% placements in each branch. Enough companies come to recruit here but you have to be skilled enough to qualify for the placement. CSSS and CSD are the worst branches in terms of placement here, but not that much as compared in general.
