Remarks :

Can include more events during academic year. There are no bad remarks about our college. It is always welcoming Students, those who wanna be higher from what they are now. Maybe Overall Improvement should be appreciated.

Course Curriculum Overview :

8 semesters More than 42 Subjects. 4 Years divided into 8 Semesters. Plus point is You can write Arrear in Both sem. ODD and even sem don't Matter. It's Affiliated to Anna University. Exams usually spread across 2 Months.

Placement Experience :

Tier 2 and 3 companies visit the Campus. Maximum salary offered was 3.8 lpa. Although most toppers get picked. Most of them are not satisfied. They provide placement for sure. It's guaranteed. If you do well you'll get picked.

College Events :

Techofest: The cultural fest which will happen every year mostly in February, particularly Feb 14 will be there. it was four-day cultural festival we will call cinema celebrity for the function, dance, drama everything there on that four days. Kurukshetra: It is Technical fest, it will mostly contact on every year January end date. There will be lots of technical events and workshops will happen.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Yes. Fees structure is very low only. Since it is government college the tuition fees are low only. On the other, if someone staying in the hostel means the hostel fees somewhat higher than the normal, but it will be pretty okay. For the first graduate, they will some reduction in the fees.

Fees and Financial Aid :

For SC students they are lots of scholarships.BC and MBC scholarships also available for the particular sets of students. Yeah, of course, they are very helping kind. They are having Alumni society in our college through that they are helping students to get the placement training and all

Campus Life :

Our campus is heaven, no other campus can match with our campus. We have Ramanujan IT center for internet browsing, the library has most of the engineering books and canteen. We are good WiFi facility every part of our college. We have a sports board and one big 5000sqm ground.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is somewhat ok not so bad and all. We will get water every 24x7, bathroom facility and cleaning will be good. Food will be good, We are having for messes for junior and seniors girls and boys mess. There will separate vegetarian mess available on our campus.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yeah, of course, they are very helping kind. They are having Alumni society in our college through that they are helping students to get the placement training and all. JCT under Anna University one of the best University in India, actually I wanted to join this college because of its nature of working and freedom towards Students education, multifunctionality lab system, research scholars also available so that you can spend your time very good way.

Faculty :

Faculty were all good and encouraging. Although you can find few exemption. Provide you with a good overall experience and very valuable as well. A lot of them are with good experience as well. Some are new to teaching.

this is where they lie the most , they claim to have placement records of 97% but in reality its just 10%. because of huge student crowd , placing everyone is one big task. the company that comes here for hiring are mostly startups and some lesser known company . branches like mechanical and EEE have it even more difficult time to get placement.the highest package of over college is of 16 lakhs .

At VIT Chennai, students become eligible for campus placements starting from their 6th semester, with placement training beginning in the 5th semester. Top companies or recruiters include Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, PayPal, Bosch, Accenture, and Intel, among others. In 2023, over 900 companies participated across VIT campuses, making more than 12,000 offers. The highest package offered was ?1.02 crore per annum by a global recruiter, while the average package for core placements ranged between ?6-7 LPA, with Super Dream offers exceeding ?25 LPA and Dream offers ranging from ?10-15 LPA. i was already studied diploma in electrical and electronics engineering so my course selection was based on that. the college which i have studied is 90% is absed on the old theory ony they are teaching the the latest thing. the internal exams will come twice in a semester and based in that your internal mark will upload.
