Remarks :

Positive: good place learn a lot of things, this is high placement happening colleges across Bangalore., a lot of extracurricular activities happening, A lot of helping minds. Negative: always some bad things associated with good things like don't fall in your well. Like taking drugs and alcohol happen across. don't fall into it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I took civil engineering, course pretty good and I can accept the placement at the end of the course. and many government jobs will be there. Regarding the exam: Exams conducted by the college(autonomous) and exams will be pretty difficult compared to the other universities. 3 internals in sem and main exam followed by them.

Placement Experience :

Placements are pretty good, more IT Companies will come and hire all branches student.but with core company don't accept more with them always less no of students will get hired. about 70-80% get placed .most average salary package will be 3 to 4lack per annum.

College Events :

Ingratution day celebrate to welcome the newest member of the college.this is the huge event for the first year students Then the college fest conducted for 3 days. The various sporting events will happen and cultural events too. And one with the department fest various competition and project exhibition done by the final year students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure: I paid 50500 gov fee Development fee: 18000 Exam fee: 1500 for sem Around 1 lack would cost for the per year that including all various textbooks, lab manuals, records, and stationery.

Fees and Financial Aid :

I opted for the loan from the SBI bank 1 lack per year and I need to submit the result of every sem. if I failed in any sem. Then they don't give the loan. Scholarship: I applied for the statw scholarship and they granted around 18k per year.

Campus Life :

During the weekend we go swimming and play some cricket and spend some quality with the loved one. labs are pretty good with equipment just we need to put into work. No playground available here in this college you need to visit some other ground.

Alumni/Alumna :

Quiet helpful, giving us old notes of them .helping with the software and all.and even get our backs in needy time. They helped a lot in the joining time like filling the application and helping me to finish the registration and all.

Faculty :

Faculty some are good and well known about the subject and always helping to score more. One or two not having good skills but end up in faculty, didn't care about the student and didn't teach the subject well. But I am college I get to used to it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

Placement Experience:

Over 60% of students got placed this year. We have a very supportive place we get a placement of placement opportunities from the final year and the sixth seven semester as well Top companies such as Accenture, TCS amaedus Schneider electric Siemens JSW, Wipro Z scaler. The highest package was given by Z scaler of 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is fivelakhs.

Placement Experience:

The placements at presidency university offers is average, the placements percentage is high but the packages are low, the highest was around 13L per Annum and average of around 3L per annum. Students are eligible for placements in third year, while having many opportunities for internships during the period of 4 years. There are various companies that visit our college for placements such as shell, tech Mahindra, dell, capgemini, and many more companies. My plan after degree is get a high paying job either through placements or self searched interviews
