Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is well structured to look for the overall development of the child They have classes called HED that aim fir holistic development of students They also have placement training classes from the first year where trainers teach the students about placements and what a company expects and also provide soft skills training in courses lile C and aptitude tests. There is physics and chemistry cycle for first year where the subjects include.. Biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering graphics, basic electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, nanoscience English and more. The frequency of exams is optimal and are kept at convenience timings of 12-2 and we are allowed to study later on The library is open during all days and students are allowed to spend as much time in the library and borrow books relevant to the subjects.

Fees and Financial Aid :

I have paid 2,20,000 for the first year And 240000 for the later years for my course My course is Btech in Information Technology The registration fees is about 5000 from which 1500 has to be paid before writing the exams and 3500 while doing admission.... There are no other added fees Uniform and books are extra outside the general fees There is a scholarship for students who have scored well in the 12th std exams but no other reservations like SC/ST are there The fees for Computer science core is about 250000 and about 220000 for other btech courses

Campus Life :

Christ university has a lot of events happening There are multiple committees like SWO CAPS CASH PSYNERGY MARMAC CUBSMA CSA CHOIR LITERARY CLUB BAND SPORTS BAND and such social groups that are open to students joining and working for different events They also have a student run consultant firm called Christ Consulting that also works with student interns The library is very well equipped with multiple editions and copies of books from renowned authors The classerooms are all equipped with projectors as the teachers do teach from ppts. Sports committee also works and has very well structured sports teams that give students opportunities to work on their strengths

Admission :

I decided with Christ university because of their lavish campus, strict rules and the curriculum that included classes like HED and Placement training I wrote KCET COMEDK JEE MAINS AND other entrance exams but couldnt go through with them as I couldnt score as much I didnt receive any rejection as such from other colleges but rather was allotted seats in courses like civil and electronics that i was not interested in The admission process is pretty simole but detail oriented There is an application form that the student would have to fill and a date can be chosen to write their entrance exam and a date for the personal interview. After writing the entrance exam and attending the personal interview we will be receiving a mail as to our status if we got selected or rejected and the selectred students need to get their Admission done within the time provided as their process thereafter is first come first serve... There are about 4 rounds of tests that are conducted every year.

Faculty :

The faculty in the college are very approcable and are ready to work extra hours for your benefit... The college provides an hour time from 4-5pm every day for doubt clarification and to connect with the teachers and learn more into the topics being thought Dr aparna and Dr arun are two teachera that are down to earth and ready to help you . There are monthly round tests called CIA(continuous internal assessment) for 20marks per subject and mid sems are for 50M and end sems are for 100M The papers are based on RBT concepts and are corrected liberally The pass percentage is relatively higher for btech bit students sometimes fail to clear exams if there is a reallt hard subject. But remedials and re exams are provided to ensure the success of the student
