- Hostels are very luxurious and neat for both boys and girls campus is also quite peaceful and no ragging at all for freshers and teaching staff are also friendly
- According to placements its not up to the mark as its a new IIIT but its developing day by day
Dislikes
- Placements are not upto the mark need to develop a lot and improve a lot based on placements
- As its in outskirts of main city there is no availability of many things for small things we need to go to main city which is 20km far

Placement Experience :
Students typically become eligible for campus placements starting from 6th semester of their undergraduate course during this time companies begin to vist the campus for pre placements talks aptitude and interview Several well known companies from various sectors visit campus for recruitment some of the prominent includes wipro L&T Hcl deloitee amazon etc In the last placement season over 50 companies visited the campus The highest package was around 25-30 Lakhs package and average packages was around 7-10 Lakhs profiles offered were software developers data analyst financial analyst etc On average 75-80% of the students secure placements through campus recruitment After obtaining my degree i plan to secure a job in the technology sector ideally as a data analyst or software developer i am particularly interested in with emerging technology like artificial intelligence and data science

Campus Life :
My experience with campus life has been vibrant engaging and full of opportunities for both personal growth and social interaction the balance between academics social activities and infrastructure has made the campus environment dynamic and fulfilling The major cultural festival on campus is 'Aahladh' is usually held in September bringing together students from from various colleges The technical fest 'ATARANG' typically takes place in October it include coding competitions robotics challenges hackathons and paper presentations encouraging innovation and technical excellence among students The campus library is well stockted with broad range of academic books references material and journals The classroom on campus are equipped with modern teaching aids with smart classrooms and wifi access amd labs The campus offers a range od sports and extracurricular activities promoting an active lifestyle and overall development The campus is home to wode variety of clubs for development
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities at my college provides a comfortable living environment for students facilities provided in the rooms are that the hostel offers double shared rooma the rooms are fairly spacious and well ventilated equipped with basic amenities each room is provided with beds study tables chairs cupboards and fans the rooms have sufficient storage space for personal belongings wifi is availabe , regular housekeeping, common areas The hostel has a mess facility that serves 3 meals a day breakfast lunch dinner and even snacks in between the mess menu is fairly diverse that includes Indian cuisine the quality is decent and hygiene the hostel registration is done during admission process in college ny college management itself no pg option is available in our college all students need to be in hostel provided by college
Admission :
I applied to several colleges , including MIT Manipal , VIT vellore , Satyabhama University etc i even secured confirmed admission in VIT and satyabhama but after careful consideration i chose my current college that is IIIT TIRUCHIRAPALLI due to several important factors My current college offered curriculum that was more aligned with industry standards with a strong emphasis on practical training internships and projects and it was a National importance college with good reputation the faculty at my current college had both mix of academic and industry experts which was crucial for me this gave me confidence that i would receive a balanced education blending both theoretical knowledge and real world example even my college location played a crucial role as its situated in one of the main cities in india I got no rejections from any college The basic eligibility for admission to the college i applied for was 1.Completion of 12th grade and jee qualified with cutoff range
Faculty :
Here faculty to student ratio would be 20:1 and regarding student to faculty relationship its good and friendly as they respond fast and clear all the things as much as possible As we have HOD 's seperate for every year and evey branch as i am from cse 3rd year our hod is dr. dhanlakshmi mam she is so sweet and talented as i cant name the faculty i dislike but he/ she is very baised so I didn't match vibe with her/him , regarding exams we have 4 mids and 2 sems per year where 4 mids are of 20 marks each and sem is for 50 and assignment includes 10 marls so overall it comes to 100 and our college has relative grading as per the records maximum students clear the exams as our faculty paper giving and evaluation is tough as all the students here has cleared jee its not a big issue to clear these exams so maximum of them clear exams if failed they cam clear them in next semester by applying to supplementary exam cell here we have examination cell who conducts every exam in our college.
