Course Curriculum Overview :
Students opting for BALLB, the first 2 years basically focuses on BA subjects followed by law subjects later on. The curriculum includes moot court competition, that is basically how you prepare yourself to stand in the court of law. Teaching methods vary from teacher to teacher. Some teach with the help of presentation, some uses oral dictation , some does it in lecture form and some uses the board to explain things. One thing remains constant that they will change their method if the student is having difficulty getting things in their mind. As of where the exams are concerned, semester exams are 3 hours long with the difficulty level of 50-50 , you will get marks of you study for the topics well and go through the previous year ques. And the internals are one hour long, with the conceptual based questions rather then the direct questions. There are direct questions in semester exams. But for the career case study questions are important which you get in internals.

Admission :
There are 2 colleges that I wanted myself to get enrolled 1. Christ banglore 2. Lloyd I didn't make it in banglore campus but got the acceptance from lawsa campus (christ Pune). The location was pretty far from my hometown also , I heard that BALLB course is not good there. I got the admission on the basis of my merit in class 12th as I scored 92% but I appeared for interview as well. There is a personal interview for the selection round. The basic eligibility is 65%+ in 12th boards. You can get scholarships on the basis on CLAT, AILET, or 12th merit. Lloyd has a very good network of placements , plus Delhi NCR is corporate hub of North India. Christ Pune is not what I was aiming for. It was always Christ banglore OR Lloyd.
Faculty :
There are 5 students alloted for 3 sections of a particular batch. For eg there are 6 sections in the first year of batch 2024-2029, so there will be 5 teachers alloted in section A,B,C and 5 allotted in section D,E,F. The faculty student relationship is very good , they are supportive, clear doubts, provide reading materials, try to opt for different techniques to make students understand the topic. There are semester exams, conducted by the university i.e. Chaudhary Charan Singh University in the end of semester. Apart from that, there are two sets of internals in each semester. Internal1 are 10 marks tests that can either be paper pen test or assignments or presentations , internal2 are 20 marks test that are usually paper pen test and subjective in nature, these internals are conducted by College itself. The difficulty level of these internals is 4/5 as it's kind of prep for semester exams. The semester exams are 50-50
Interview Experience :
Lloyd follows PI rounds for selection The questions are not so tough They ask questions on current affairs, about the course , the reason of choosing this course. What's your goal in life, future plans in law field , option B etc Students who prepared for competitive exams will find it easy to answer the questions. They don't ask in depth questions on current affairs but you should be updated on gk and current news while appearing for law college interview.
