  • No doubts college gets medical assistance ASAP but the need of doctors in events like sport fest is needed

Course Curriculum Overview :

Students opting for BALLB, the first 2 years basically focuses on BA subjects followed by law subjects later on. The curriculum includes moot court competition, that is basically how you prepare yourself to stand in the court of law. Teaching methods vary from teacher to teacher. Some teach with the help of presentation, some uses oral dictation , some does it in lecture form and some uses the board to explain things. One thing remains constant that they will change their method if the student is having difficulty getting things in their mind. As of where the exams are concerned, semester exams are 3 hours long with the difficulty level of 50-50 , you will get marks of you study for the topics well and go through the previous year ques. And the internals are one hour long, with the conceptual based questions rather then the direct questions. There are direct questions in semester exams. But for the career case study questions are important which you get in internals.

Placement Experience :

There is an Internship and Placement cell responsible for the placement thing You get eligible for internships in semester 1 itself. The basic criteria to meet are : No pending disciplinary action 75+ attendance No pending fees Most number of students get the internship in there first semester. As of where the placements are concerned, 4th years students are eligible for the same of BALLB course. Almost 80% of students gets the placement and those who don't, It can be because of the attendance criteria. Or maybe they have back papers, so companies would not choose those who are not good academically. Academically, one will never regret choosing LLOYD, as long as you are regular in class , you are good to go for exams. Class notes are enough for passing the exam

Fees and Financial Aid :

The yearly fees of batch 2023- 2028 of Lloyd law campus is 2.5 lakh per year and the same for Lloyd school of law is 2 lakh per year. The yearly fees of batch 2024- 2029 of LLC is 2.8 lakhs per year where as the same for LSL is 2.5 lakhs per year. The scholarship can be on the basis of 3 aspects 1. Merit basis including either one of these 12th marks basis Clat score AILET scores 2. Beti bachao beti padhao scheme (25% of course fees) 3. Reservation class (SC , ST , OBC , EWS) there might be other aspects as well as they keep changing every year The registration fees of year 2023-208 batch was rs. 1500/- , admission fees was Rs50000 which was later on adjusted in the tution fee only. Rest all the fees were included in the course fees only. The fees stays same for all the years of a particular batch i.e. students of batch 2023-2028 of LLC and LSL will pay rs 2.5 lakhs and 2 lakhs per year for their course of 5 years

Campus Life :

Names of event FDI international moots - September 2024 Catalyst - March 2024 Black friday - December 2023 Umang (sports fest) - November 2023 Dandiya nights - October 2023 Freshers - September 2023 Ice breaking session - August 2023 FDI was one of the biggest moots held till now. Academically there are many other events let's say a personalit development program that is basically 2 day long , where students get to know themselves There are movie day as well , twice or thrice a semester. There is a well established library in college , which includes economic journals, political journals, college journals and daily newspapers of the Hindu , the Hindustan times, the Times of India and the Indian Express.

Hostel Facilities :

Facilities in the room 1. Box bed 2. Study stable with table lights 3. Ac / cooler 4. Mirror 5. Bedside socket 6. Lights and fans as per the requirement of the room 7. A window There is a gym as well as laundary services here. There is washing machines as well in case residents wish to wash their own clothes. The food is prepared with hygiene and sanitation. The quality of food is very good and it feels homely. The menu is being prepared by students only which changes every month. The mess follows 4 time meal system . (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) In case you skip your meal you can ask the warden to save you a plate of the meal. The rent for the hostel is 1.6 lakh which increases every academic year

Admission :

There are 2 colleges that I wanted myself to get enrolled 1. Christ banglore 2. Lloyd I didn't make it in banglore campus but got the acceptance from lawsa campus (christ Pune). The location was pretty far from my hometown also , I heard that BALLB course is not good there. I got the admission on the basis of my merit in class 12th as I scored 92% but I appeared for interview as well. There is a personal interview for the selection round. The basic eligibility is 65%+ in 12th boards. You can get scholarships on the basis on CLAT, AILET, or 12th merit. Lloyd has a very good network of placements , plus Delhi NCR is corporate hub of North India. Christ Pune is not what I was aiming for. It was always Christ banglore OR Lloyd.

Faculty :

There are 5 students alloted for 3 sections of a particular batch. For eg there are 6 sections in the first year of batch 2024-2029, so there will be 5 teachers alloted in section A,B,C and 5 allotted in section D,E,F. The faculty student relationship is very good , they are supportive, clear doubts, provide reading materials, try to opt for different techniques to make students understand the topic. There are semester exams, conducted by the university i.e. Chaudhary Charan Singh University in the end of semester. Apart from that, there are two sets of internals in each semester. Internal1 are 10 marks tests that can either be paper pen test or assignments or presentations , internal2 are 20 marks test that are usually paper pen test and subjective in nature, these internals are conducted by College itself. The difficulty level of these internals is 4/5 as it's kind of prep for semester exams. The semester exams are 50-50

Interview Experience :

Lloyd follows PI rounds for selection The questions are not so tough They ask questions on current affairs, about the course , the reason of choosing this course. What's your goal in life, future plans in law field , option B etc Students who prepared for competitive exams will find it easy to answer the questions. They don't ask in depth questions on current affairs but you should be updated on gk and current news while appearing for law college interview.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college curriculum is tailored to prepare students for Uttar Pradesh judiciary exams. It covers essential subjects like constitutional law, IPC, CPC, CrPC, and contract law, emphasizing legal reasoning, judgment writing, and case analysis. The program integrates mock tests and practical training to equip students for a successful judicial career.

Placement Experience:

9th and 10th semester is the most busy time as most students get placed during this time and many firms come during that time. Highest package went upto 20lpa and Average is around 6lpa for students getting selected in placements. Around 10-20% get selected from college as most opt for independent practice or get placed before the college drive. I plan to pursue masters from abroad in policy making.
