Teachers who are experienced teach well.The newly recruited teachers lack the sense of teaching and the sub branches of courses have these new teachers mainly.
Campus life is not too exagurated nor too complexed, Students can't stand and relax within.

Bus service is too bad, Mainly during the exam time, if a single student resides a bit far from other relevant stops,the driver will not pick you from your stop,instead you should travel to other stops of bus.
Even after complaining to upper authorities, they don't take any actions on bus department.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose AI & ML and it's connected well enough to the daily basis curriculum. They can improve by teaching newest techniques and new introduced technologies instead of teaching the 30 year old syllabus,Students must be taught with new technologies .

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Various companies like Cloud4c, E2open, Tech Mahindra, tcs, cognizant, capgemini, mercedes, xperate, etc come here for campus placement. Last year the placement count was 760+.College has an average palacment of 4 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid :

for 1st year fees is 120k for genera/open category,then decreases per year until final year. if obc or ews class ,then fees is 65k ,and lesser for sc st category. the state government and central government provided scholarships are applicable and loan facility for education is also available. .

Campus Life :

Annula gathering is done in the college,with that different clubs are estabilished of different departments. These clubs organize different competitions throughout the semester and student from each year and department can appy for these competitions.

Admission :

I applied in Walchand College, but didn't get the course i expected.i was offered Electrical Engg. course of Walchand college through CAP round, But got my expected course in This college. Cutoff is nearly about 92.21 for open category in cse course.

Faculty :

The ratio is 60:1 of student teacher ratio. Profeesor Mahesh Chougule is an Excellent teacher, he teaches complex subject like Enginnering Mechanics way too easily. I would not like to mention the faculties i dislike. We have 3 major exams overall semester. Unit 1,Unit 2 & Sem End exam.The subjects are mostly relevant to curriculum.

A glimpse into Kolhapur Institute of technology.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility for campus placements in Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS) typically starts from the pre-final year, which is usually the 6th semester. There are very named tech companies which visit to the college like TCS,WIPRO,etc. Average package offered is around 6 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed in placement drive is 90%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it is very interesting course. Iam interested in this course. It is very easy to understand. There are two semesters in a year. All the facilities of our college is teaching well and understanding of the students are top of the bottom. Timing of the exam is around three hours. Extending time is not available.
