Course Curriculum Overview :

The lectures are on point and the lecturers are very friendly and helpful when it comes to exams and internals, they use smart class option to show and teach technically too and for BBALLB some classes are practical too

Internships Opportunities :

We have to complete minimum 5 internships in 10 semesters where the first one has to be in an NGO and no stipend shall be given and we should bare the expenses on our own, there is a separate internship cell

Fees and Financial Aid :

Since it is BBA LLB, for first year the fees was around 1,20,000 with additional fees worth 3480 for red cross and miscellaneous, and for the amount of what i have paid it is totally worth every penny

Campus Life :

Our college carries the legacy of St Joseph's Institutions when it comes to curricular activities, outreach programmes to north karnataka are arranged by different clubs based on the events and requirements and for final year 4th and 5th year students have visit to Supreme Court of India

Admission :

I had applied to Kristu Jayanthi, MS Ramaiah college of law, Christ Law school etc and i chose SJCL because its near to where i live and everything is available in our college surroundings Admission process starts by an entrance exam followed by 2 interviews One with faculty and another one with the director

Faculty :

There are enough number of faculty for the number of students college is accommodating, some lecturers might be strict in class but we should understand how sweet they are personally, we have lots of curricular activities in both law and non law committees

Placement Experience:

With various workshops and events provided, the students get a lot of exposure that not only helps them learn but can also secure a job at esteemed law firms. Students can intern under advocates excelling in different fields of law. The students are encouraged to start interning from 2nd year onwards. The faculty suggests the students to expand their limits and intern for companies and law firms of different fields to learn what interests them the best.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year and above, students can decide on the path they choose to work in and choose the elective courses as such. 5th year, ususally the college allows you to take up long term internships. There is a placement commitment in the college. Since some of them choose to study further, or choose a different career path altogether , the percentage of student's getting placement is not determined.

From the last semester onwards students are eligible for on campus Placements. Akshaya Patra is one of the Law firms that visited last year and few offers were given to students there's no exact value for the number. 7,00,000 is the highest package offered for legal assistant. 75% students get placed. I've further plans to Pursue my master after degree

Placement Experience:

College placements for School of law was not that good till this year till last year 9 cgpa and some good amount of attendance in the entire course was needed for the placement. But this year i think the on placement might get improved as now the eligibility criteria says that you need 5 cgpa minimum for going for on campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very competitive and the scope of passing is very low There are many loopholes in the board which makes it difficult for the student to clear all subjects The course is easy but wantedly it's made difficult but the teaching is made easier here

Placement Experience:

The first batch of the college passed out last year. So the placement aspects are limited. However the Placement Committee at CAIL is trying their best to make sure that the upcoming batches dont have to face such issues. I think by the time i am in the final year we will have pretty good companies and firms at the placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

What attracted me to join this college is mainly their different law committee and competition relating to that. The notes and the curriculum are apt and will help to tackle down the real world problems by completing this course. The exams are 3 hours long and the question paper are all difficult as it is a really vast subjects.

Admission:

I appeared the CLAT exam, which is an entrance exam for taking admission in the law colleges. Moreover I had secured good marks in my 12th boards for which after my application was received by the college, they selected me for admission.

Placement Experience:

All students have to look outside to get the job. Many of my classmates were struggled to get the job after completion of course. No figures to say when there was no campus placements. I heard that few companies came for placements but all were call centre companies.
