Course Curriculum Overview :

Well I chose to opt Computer Science because it is going to be the future of our generation .Since the College has become autonomous the Syllabus is designed by the college according to leading Industry Requirements . There are 3 theory exams in total and lab exams. 2 internals and 1 Sem End final exam .1st & 2nd internal is held in gap of 1 and a half month and Sem End exams is conducted after 2nd internal with a study leave for around 15-20 days

Class Size : 68Course Fees : INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

College doesn't provide any internship opportunity but keeps posting and emailing all the students about all the latest and highly recommended internships available for students and encourages students to take part in it.

Fees and Financial Aid :

There is no tution fee increase policy the prices of tution or hostel fees remains same throughout 4 academic years . For me as I had opted for this course through management my yearly tution fees was 350000 which has now increased a lot ,I have also opted for hostel it costed me around 75000 per year so my total fees comes around 430000.

Campus Life :

There are uncountable number of events held in the college in which can also or should take part And a Tech Fest held every year in May month ,Milan a tradional Get together for students new comers which held at December . Huge library with all books and Reading Space too. Projectors , well furnished classrooms , 9 fans in each class. Many Clubs for students to take part in and Increase there thinking skills. Sports Day is also conducted every year which may vary according to academics can be held in time of the year .

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel Provides Deluxe rooms for 2 sharing (Two students ) which are well furnished with attached bathroom and toilet and AC. Normal rooms are available for 2 students it comes with steel cots ,mattress is something that students should bring even for the deluxe rooms. bathrooms are not attached no AC ,bathroom and toilets are outside the room .

Hostel Fee : INR 75500 per year

Admission :

Eligibility if you are taking admission through CET is you have to come under there required CET ranking and If it is a management seat Eligibility is you must score 70% in your 12th boards . Application can be found in the office of the college application fee is minor. Overall I didn't face any difficulty during admission process

Faculty :

Yeah the student to teacher ratio in this college is great there many faculties departments for Different subjects . Teachers are well qualified no doubt about that .students can approach Teachers if we have any doubt I always were able to interact with the teachers Teaching way of faculty is also great they use good presentation so that we understand and no doubts remain unclear

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

The placements at presidency university offers is average, the placements percentage is high but the packages are low, the highest was around 13L per Annum and average of around 3L per annum. Students are eligible for placements in third year, while having many opportunities for internships during the period of 4 years.
