Course Curriculum Overview :

ITS QUITE BETTER THAN OTHER COLLEGES IN OUR CITY AND STATE, INFACT IT IS ALSO MUCH BETTER THAN IIT BHILAI ACCORDING TO NIRF RANKING, THERE ARE TOTAL OF 12 BRANCES INCLUDING CORE AND NON-CORE IN FIRST AND SECOND SEMESTRE OF COLLEGE . A LOT OF PRACTICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE CAN BE AQUIRED THROUGH TRUE GUIDENCE OF SENIORS AND PROFESSORS AND ALSO DEPENDING ON INDIVIADUALS PASSION AND DETERMINTION. EXAMS ARE HELD TWICE PRE SEMESTER.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ARE ALSO GOOD FOR INTERESTED CANDIDATES, IN SUMMER OUR COLLEGE OFFERS INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR DIFFERENT COURSES STUDENT. COMPANIES ALSO PROVIDE PPO BASED ON INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCES.

Placement Experience :

CURRENTLY HAVING NO MUCH INFORMATION REGARDING IT, FROM METALLURGY IT WAS 80% PLACEMENT RATIO WITH 10LPA . HIGHEST WAS FROM CS AND IT BRANCH AROUND 60LPA LAST YEAR. MY PLANS ARE TO PREPARE FOR CIVIL SERVICES AFTER GRADUATION.

Fees and Financial Aid :

FEES STRUCTURE DEPENDS ON VARIOUS FACTORS(CATEGORY AND ECONOMIC BACKGROUND OF INDIVIDUAL), HOWEVER FOR OBC IT IS 125000 WHICH CAN BE REDUCED ON THE BASIS OF INCOME OF PARENTS WHICH CAN BE FURTHER VERIFIED IN OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF NIT RAIPUR. ALSO VARIOUS SCHOLARSHIP ARE PROVIDED TO ELIGIBLE AND DESERVING CANDIDATES, SEVERAL OTHER PRIVATE COMPANIES ALSO OFFERS SCHOLARSHIP BASED ON THEIR REQUIREMENTS(LIKE RELIANCE FOUNDATION).

HERE ARE NAMES OF SOME MAJOR ANNUAL FESTS :- 1. ECLECTICA 2. SAMAR 3. AVARTAN MONTH OF CONDUCTIING DEPENDS ON COLLEGE HEADS AND DIFFERENT COMMITEES ORGANISING IT. SPORTS AND EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ARE ALSO BETTER, BUT THEIR IS VERY LESS INVOLVEMENT OF GIRLS, MAJOR PARTICIPATION IS FROM BOYS SIDE. ALONG WITH THESE STUDENT ALSO MAKE DIFFERNT CLUBS AND PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS EVENTS. SOME OF CLUCS ARE:- NRITYAM TECHNOCRACY RAAGA SANSKRITI.....ETC.

Admission :

THE ADMISSION IS BASED ON MARKS/PERCENTILE SCORED IN JEE MAINS, DIFFERENT CUTOFFS ARE REQUIRED ACCORDING TO CATEGORY. ALL THE DETAILS REGARDING APPLICATION FORM, ADMISSION FEES, AND APPLICATION DATES REGARDING JEE MAINS IS AVAILABLE ON OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF NTA(NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY) RESERVATION BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED TO CANDIDATES BELONGING TO CERTAIN CATEGORIES (SC,CT,OBC & ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION) FREQUENCY OF JEE MAINS :- TYPICALLY IS CONDUCTED TWICE A YEAR, USUALLY IN JANUARY AND APRIL. OVERALL, WHILE THE ADMISSION PROCESS FOR NIT'S THROUGH JEE MAINS IS RIGOROUS, IT SERVES AS A GATEWAY FOR STUDENTS TO GAIN ADMISSION TO PREMIER ENGINEERING INSTITUTES IN INDIA.

The campus placements are decent, average package is somewhere around 10-11 LPA and lowest around 4 LPA where are the highest is around 65 LPA. around 70% of students get placed through campus placement. As this is an NIT, there are many intership opportunity and stipend varis from 10,000-35,000 per month. Companies like Adobe, AMD, Intel, Microsoft provide intership opportunities in this college and over 20% students get properly paid internships

Placement Experience:

Collage provides the best placements in the whole chattishgar, it is one of the few collages in the whole country which have a dedicated drone learning ecosystem. In the 2020-2024 session averge placement is around 11.6 LPA, with the higest pakage of 34LPA and lowest of 3.6LPA. Accourding to ratio of eligible candidate and placed candidate, 9-0 percent of then get placed. Not only the placements, collage also helps in finding internships as well.
