Course Curriculum Overview :

I opted electronic and communication branch in Josaa counciling. I opted this branch because it has a bright future in India and outside India because of the increase in need of transistors .Curriulum include practical as well as therotical aspects. Labs are provided for practical use of equipments and their uses. Through this branch we can have jobs in government sector also . Curriculum also include subjects that helps in day to day personality development.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

College provide a good platform for student to have good internship in their 3rd and 4th year . Paid internship are provided by the companies that visit college as well where a student apply. Companies like Google, Microsoft,TCS , Infosys offer intership to eligible students. There is E cell which provide helps in entrepreneurship program . And GDSC which helps in projects and some more clubs for projects.

Placement Experience :

From the end of 8th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Big tech companies like Google, Infosys, TCS, Hcl, Nvidia and many more. Highest pakage offered is 86 LPA and average is 14 LPA. Percentage of students placed is 85-90%. My plan after getting degree is to get in higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Fee structure consists of academic fees and hostel fees. The academic fees for each semester is about 120000 and for 1 year it is 240000 and hostel fees is 80000 for a semester and 160000 for a year . Scholarship is available from state and from central government for a student. College also provide medical insurance upto 1 lakh . Companies visits the campus for recruitment after completion of course and for internship also. College provide a good platform for student to apply for jobs in companies.

Campus Life :

College have 2 major fest . One is cultural fest name ABHIVYAKTI and one is techfest name tantrafest. Liabrary have books for academic help and also for social help. Each Classroom has ac and projector. College provide a platform for student in the field of sports as a fest kshitij and inter IIIT competition also. There are many clubs and groups for students some are GDSC, elevated club,E cell and drama club and many more.

Admission :

I appeared for jee mains 2023 and I got 94.4231 percentile in the exam. I got 65000 rank in the exam.I got 19000 rank in category wise. Then after the result I fill Josaa counciling and select the colleges and branch that I have the possibility of getting it . After allotment of college I have to appear for physical counseling in the college that I get . Reservation benefits me in getting better college and branch .

A glimpse into Kolhapur Institute of technology.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility for campus placements in Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS) typically starts from the pre-final year, which is usually the 6th semester. There are very named tech companies which visit to the college like TCS,WIPRO,etc. Average package offered is around 6 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed in placement drive is 90%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it is very interesting course. Iam interested in this course. It is very easy to understand. There are two semesters in a year. All the facilities of our college is teaching well and understanding of the students are top of the bottom. Timing of the exam is around three hours. Extending time is not available.
