Course Curriculum Overview :
So as a mathematics student, I had always dreamt of being an engineer and also fascinated by computers and gadgets. I always wanted to know how things work on Internet and etc so I have joined this course. After joining I came to know that a lot of hardwork is needed to actually get into this field and constant practice of different computer languages is highly required. My suggestions for improvement in teaching methods are to make programming interesting rather than teaching it in a boring way so the students never lose interest. The exam difficulty is medium to high depending on the paper and our preparation.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The tuition fee is 70000 per year and as I have a scholarship I'll get 35000 from the government. The complete cost is around 1,30000-1,40000 per year for a student to complete the course. As of now, I haven't attend any placement opportunities from my college.
Campus Life :
So our college doesn't have any great infrastructure but it's good. There are many clubs which engage students in numerous activities. The clubs are doing good. Overall college life is good but not great.
Admission :
I wrote a State level entrance exam called eamcet to get into this college. Around 3-4 lakh students appear for this exam every year and the cutoff for me as a general EWS student is around 20000. The exam level is a Little bit tough these days due to the high competition. And the application process can be done in any internet-accessible location by uploading students' documents and fees. The examination is held after one month of board exams on 12th. There's a long process after examination to avail of the seat and scholarship we got.
