Course Curriculum Overview :
1. Here professors are well qualified and knowledgeable for ECE department. 2. Currently, in first year we study basics of all departments/branch of engineering, so that we students can get idea of all sides of engineering. 3. According to my experience in first year, Focus on theoretical and practical knowledge is balanced rather I can say it is inclination is more towards theory. 4. Mainly 3 exams are held, mini tests, mid-term, and end-term examination based on syllabus covered till date, but in end-term whole syllabus came in test.
Internships Opportunities :
Companies that offer 6 month internships are APT portfolio, Atlassian, axis Bank, Flipkart, Paytm, etc. Average stipend which students get in 6 months internship is 70k per month, and Atlassian offered 130k per month last year as a internship stipend.
Placement Experience :
1. From 7th semester all students become eligible for campus placements. 2. Many big companies visit our college for in campus placements like Google, Reliance jio, Adobe, Flipkart, meesho, Texas instrumentation, etc. 3. Highest placement goes to 82 LPA last year which was given by Atlassian to 8 students. 4. 64.6 % students were placed last year from ece course. 5. I will go for campus placements in core after getting degree and will work as electronics engineer.
Fees and Financial Aid :
1. There is no Fee increase policy currently in our college. 2. total fee of my education will go upto 701000 for college fee, excluding mess charges and caution money. 3. Major population of college are eligible for mmvy scholarship (only for mp students), PM yashaswi scholarship. And there are several government scholarships available for students with lower family income. 4. There are many private scholarships as well, which allows our college students to apply like reliance foundation undergraduate scholarship.
Campus Life :
1. There are several events which takes place like every month, Mojor event are Maffic, technosearch, e-summit, tooryanad, etc. 2. There are many books and journals available in the library and accessible to all college students. 3. There are sufficient technical facilities in the classroom like projector, mic, etc. But somewhere lack from top IIT's in facilities. 4. A sports complex is specially dedicated to all sports activities, and have many sports resources available. 5. So many clubs are currently working in college and much of them are highly active, any students with help of faculty can run social group.
Hostel Facilities :
This is so many advancements are being done for next year( 2024-28 batch) students and facilities now available in hostel are: 1. Lane and open wifi is available for internet. 2. Meal quality and menu is better than meal of tiffin services. 3. At the time of admission itself hostel is allotted to you, and after coming to hostel you have to again register yourself as hosteller showing all supporting documents. 4. Hostel is affordable than taking a seperate room or PG in bhopal.
Admission :
Admission can be taken through JoSSA counseling only, No direct admission is allowed for B.tech Undergraduates. Cut-off for gen-ews was 2863(catagory rank) Cut-off for gen catagory - 17559 Note closing rank mentioned above is for hike state, because here is 50% home State quota reservation for students domicile in MP. If you get admission in MANIT, then you have to fill a admission form, which will be available on college website at that time.
