- Campus Life is very good here. You make a lot of friends.
- The fests conducted here are very good. You can actively participate in them.
Dislikes
- The style of teaching by faculty is very poor and not upto the mark.
- The eligibility criteria to sit in placements is not good as majority of the students don't get to sit in placements.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because of good placements. There are around 250 faculties for 2500 students. Most of the faculties have done their PhD and MTech from reputed institutes like IITs and NITs. But the teaching methodoligies of majority of the faculty is not good. There are mostly 2 quizzes, a midterm and an endterm in each subject. The courses here are very difficult to pass and you have to study very hard to pass them.
Placement Experience :
The students are eligible for placements from 7th semester. There are various companies coming to the college. The highest package is around 48 lakhs and most of the roles offered are for SDE and SWE. 95% students are placed. My plan is to take a placement from the college after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The biggest disadvantage of studying in this college is its very high fees. There are scholarships offered to BPL students' parents and also on the basis of the results of the dirst semester of the student.
Campus Life :
The annual fest "Vivacity" and the technical fest "Plinth" is conducted in the months of january and february. There are so many books available in the library and you can borrow them at anytime. The classrooms are well centralized with ducts and nice furniture and projectors. You can play sports like cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, tennis and basketball. There are many social groups like the dance club, acting club and singing club and many more.
Hostel Facilities :
There is centralized duct for summer and also 1 almirah and a study table. The meal is good. The registration process for hostel takes place at the same time as admission process. I do not live in a PG.
Admission :
First of all you have to give JEE Mains exam to be eligible for this college. You can find the admission application form on the site of LNMIIT. There are no reservation benefits for taking admission in this college. Overall the admission process is smooth and easy.
