Remarks :

Its a very well known College especially for its good mechanical branch teaching and results. The infrastructure is good with all wonderful facilities. The staff members are too good. Overall an average college.

Entrance Preview :

JEE Mains was the entrance exam i had to appear for. The scores were not that good but was average to get an average college. The complete admission process is based on JEE MAINS and MH CET entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is too good with all interesting topics to explore and deal with. There are several intiatives been undertaken by the College such as Industrial visits, workshops etc.

Internships Opportunities :

There aren't any internships opportunities provided by the College. There are training programs organised by the college where we students are trained accordingly.

Placement Experience :

Placements are so good in LTCOE as TPO brings Non-IT companies for placements. The average ratio lies inbetween 40-45%. The salary package offered to them is somewhat around 2.5lkhs.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees structure is quite expensive. Its around 98,000 rs for a year. All the basis facilities are been offered. The labs and libraries are well maintained.

Faculty :

Faculty should know how to teach and clear the doubts of students. Concepts should be taught in interesting way and every student's doubts must be clear. If it requires more lectures for it then be it but the core concepts should be well stored in student's minds and teachers should take this responsibility.

A glimpse into Kolhapur Institute of technology.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility for campus placements in Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS) typically starts from the pre-final year, which is usually the 6th semester. There are very named tech companies which visit to the college like TCS,WIPRO,etc. Average package offered is around 6 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed in placement drive is 90%.
