- Campus Life is really good. Campus is large enough as well
- Peer group is of very smart individuals.
Dislikes
- Faculty is strictly in taking actions. Give less marks
- 75% attendance is mandatory and it really is an effort in hot summers
Course Curriculum Overview :
By my rank, I was getting NIT KURUKSHETRA Electrical branch. But In the last round, I got Electronics and communication engineering. Faculty is not enough for students. For some subject that were introduced, there are no teachers. All teachers are highly qualified and knows very much about the subject. Exams are usual, 2 mid sem exam and 1 end sem. Exams are tough and teachers won't show any mercy if you are on the edge.
Internships Opportunities :
College offer minimum 4.5 months of internship and for the same companies do come. 6th semester there are no exams only internship or we can opt for project under a professor. Many big company comes to our college
Placement Experience :
Placement are quite good. But due to recession, it's on a fall. Otherwise students get placed as high as 1.5cr and the lowest is around 7-8 lpa but not less than that. Every big company comes to this college
Fees and Financial Aid :
Fees is minimal. Less than any IIT or private college. There are scholarships available. For girls there are usually many schemes going around. My fees is 36k per semester for College and around 5k per month for hostel and mess
Campus Life :
College is very social. Students come from different parts of India. Variety is there. Library is quite big. Book of every subject, every genre is available. Many sports and extra curricular activities are there. Gym is also available.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel faculty is within the college itself. Mess food of some hotels is bad for some it's good. In a room, we have one or two chair, one huge table, one bed and one almirah. Room is spacious enough for different activities.
Admission :
Eligibility is you have to give jee mains and rank must be around 15 - 17k. For category rank(sc/St) 80k is safe, for OBC, 25-30k is safe. Everything was through Josaa's counselling. Get a good rank in jee mains and you'll get the college.
