Remarks :

College has excellent infrastructure and it is improving more and more year by year. A bit unsatisfied with the faculties and placements.Students diversity is a very good point here. Overall a good experience till date and hope continues in the upcoming years too.

Entrance Preview :

The entrance exam with I had to appear for was JEE Mains scored an average marks and as per the merit list my name appeared in the 2nd list of this college. The process doesn't consist of any personal interview.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum no doubt is too good. As its affiliated to Mumbai University and its been observed that the course curriculum of Mumbai University rank to be the best as compared to all other universities.

Internships Opportunities :

There are no internships offers for the students. Till date none of the student has undergone through any kind of internships. Hope to have it in our upcoming years.

Placement Experience :

Placements are not so good in LTCOE as TPO brings Non-IT companies for placements for IT students. The average package is also not per the expectations of the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is quite expensive for a general category student. Being a general category student I had to pay around 1.6 lkhs for a single academic year. The fee amount for a reserved category student is just 15000₹ per annum.

Faculty :

Not satisfied with the faculties here. As they are very well qualified in their subjects. But are very rude in their behaviour with lots of attitude. There moto is just complete the syllabus and their work ia done. This is not for all but for most of them.

A glimpse into Kolhapur Institute of technology.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility for campus placements in Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS) typically starts from the pre-final year, which is usually the 6th semester. There are very named tech companies which visit to the college like TCS,WIPRO,etc. Average package offered is around 6 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed in placement drive is 90%.

I choose this course because it is very interesting course. Iam interested in this course. It is very easy to understand. There are two semesters in a year. All the facilities of our college is teaching well and understanding of the students are top of the bottom. Timing of the exam is around three hours. Extending time is not available.
