- Mess food is not good, which we have to eat everyday
- campus is 27 km away from Nagpur City so takes time to get there
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this ECE course because frankly speaking, I had no other option, this was the best I had at that time, and I might study something about CS as well since I have an interest in Coding, The curriculum is updated, is hectic, classes happen 5 days a week, faculty to student ratio is 1:68, All the faculty members are Ph.D. For degree holders, exams happen each month in semesters and after 1 and 2 months in normal semesters, and passing exams is easy just you have to study one week before exams and yes there is a 75% attendance criteria that are strictly followed.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are offered after 4th semester, on-campus and off-campus, many seniors in the college have got really good internships in good companies like Groww and all, companies come to campus, but not much, you have to try off-campus to get good ones.
Placement Experience :
Placement wise college is really good, the highest package is 86Lpa for ECE, the Average is 13 LPA for all branches and the Median is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA, 84% of students are placed in CSE and 79% in ECE, overall 82% students are placed in the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The fee structure is 123000 - course fee and 91000 - hostel fee(2 seater) and 80000 - hostel fee(4 seater) for 1st semester. 112000 - course fee and 77000 - hostel fee(2 seaters) and 68000 - hostel fee(4 seaters) for 2nd semester and keeps on decreasing like this, and yes scholarship is there but not from college, some states provide scholarships you can access that and many students have availed that scholarship.
Campus Life :
The name of our annual cultural fest is Abhivyakti conducted in March and Techfest is Tantrafiesta - conducted in October, we have our permanent campus, books of course are available in the library, classrooms have ac and are spacious, and have projectors as well to assist teachers in teaching, There are various clubs in campus like music, drama and dance clubs and events are conducted regularly, sports event is there, basic courts like basketball, badminton are there.
Hostel Facilities :
There are 2 seater and 4 seater Hostel Rooms available, have cupboards, the mess food is not good as in the majority of colleges, but you will get a hang of it eventually, there is medical room as well as counseling room available in a hostel, night canteen as well as a shop for daily requirements, and a saloon as well, the hostel is in campus only.
Admission :
To take admission to the course, you have to give JEE Mains exams, the eligibility criteria are you have to pass the 12th standard with min 75% percentage, the application form for this exam can be found on NTA official website, the body which conducts the examination. You can check for the cutoff on the College Pravesh website, there is a reservation for SC, ST, OBC, GEN-EWS, and PwD.
