IIIT RANCHI first batch was started in 2016. So according to me IIIT RANCHI has a huge growth in terms of placement till 2023.
IIIT RANCHI Faculty are very friendly to students.

Dislikes

IIIT RANCHI do not have permanent campus.
Cricket ground is not so much big. It should be larger.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose ECE because One of the top advantages of Electronics and Communication engineering is it offers you complete freedom to switch between the software industry and the hardware industry. This is one of the main reasons why a lot of companies prefer ECE engineers when compared to other engineers.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 263000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

CGI company offer SDE role intern to students on the basis of cgpa greater than 8.8 with a stipend of 70000-80000. Amazon offers the SDE role of intern to 11 students of my batch. One of the students got Amazon Wow offer. Hperverge, Infoedge offer SDE role intern to the students and then full-time.

Placement Experience :

The placement is excellent. The average package is 14lpa. The highest package is 83 lakh(CSE). Students also get an Amazon offer in which there is an internship and PPO as well. 11 students are placed in Amazon 7 from ECE and 4 from CSE.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fee structure of IIIT RANCHI per semester is as follows: Tuition fee - 90,000 Institute fee - 10,500 Hostel fee- 15,000 Mess fee - 16,000 Total - 131500 Students can apply for either a State scholarship or NSP according to their eligibility.

Campus Life :

Life on Campus is very good. Ephemere(Fest) was conducted on May 2023. There is a library. There are many sports such as volleyball, football, cricket, table tennis, badminton, chess, carrom, basketball etc.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is very good. It is very neat and clean. Rooms are divided into two types In the first type of room, 4 students can live in a room. Two in a hall after that there is a kitchen in the middle and two inside the room. In the second type of room, only two students can leave.

Hostel Fee : INR 30000 per year

Admission :

To get into IIIT RANCHI College we have to give JEE Main exam conducted by NTA. The Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main) comprises two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B.Tech.) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments. JEE (Main) is also an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses in the country. For appearing in the JEE (Main) – 2023, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12/equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or appearing in 2023. Candidates can find their application form, application fees and application dates on the official website of jee main https://jeemain.nta.nic.in There are no reservation benefits in IIITs.

Everything about NIT Jamshedpur

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester beginning only top companies start visiting the campus. All top IT companies visit the college. CSE branch has an average of 27 lpa with around 95% placements. The core branch also has very good placements. The MME branch and PIE branch has the best placements compared to every NITs. I am preparing for UPSC ESE. On an average around 97% students gets placed. Lowest package is 6.5 lpa and the highest is 82.5 lpa by Atlassian offered to 5 students of CSE, ECE and EE.

Replacement of our college is very good and it Jamshedpur is famous for placement only. In our branches that is civil here maximum packages 20 lpa and the average package is approx 8 lpa.
