Remarks :

Overall a good college. Go for it if you could not make it to IIT or DCE.

Entrance Preview :

I gave IPU Common Entrance Test in 2014. I got 5236 Rank and appeared for counseling at Kashmeri Gate Campus(Now shifted to Dwarka). Counseling was held rank wise and you are required to fill up a form with your choice of college and course. I opted for GTBIT(E.C.E) because it was near to my house.

Course Curriculum Overview :

First Year Curriculum is almost similar for all streams. It is blend of Mathematics, Mechanics and Electronics courses. However after 1st year, subjects are more aligned with your stream. College follows semester system. There are 4-5 theoretical and 3-4 practical Subjects in every semester. You are required to score 50+ to pass.

Internships Opportunities :

College do not provided internship. Students arrange internship by their own.

Placement Experience :

Placements used to be good in our time. Lot of Mass Recruiters visits college and hire hundread of people. Most of the placements are in IT companies and average package offered is 3.5L.

College Events :

GATE is organised by GTBIT Annually while ANUGOONJ is organised by university.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Colleges charges 87k fees annually. It less than the other colleges of GGSIPU. You are required to submit fees in nearby PNB bank. Overall, it's worth the money.

Fees and Financial Aid :

No Scholarship or Loan option is provided.

Campus Life :

Lot of Extracurricular activities like Street play and Face painting is organized inside college.

Hostel Facilities :

College do not provide hostel. However there are lot of rent options available nearby college in affordable prices. Typical Rent is 15K per flat in Hari Nagar Area for students.

Alumni/Alumna :

There is one ALUMNI portal for GTBIT. But unfortunately interaction is very rare. I never Received any communication from college after Getting Degree.

Exam Structure :

SEMESTER system is followed in college, 25 Marks for Internal exam and 75 for External. You need to score 50+ to pass. External exams are not conducted in same college. My Exam Centers were BPIT, MAIT and MAIT.

Faculty :

GTBIT has a perfect blend of qualified staff from various fields. Most of them are M.Tech/P.HD while some are perusing P.HD.

Placement stats are great cause at least you can have 15 LPA as average and nowdays it is even higher around 18 to 20 LPA. Internships are also fine and all you have to do is skills that can compete with your peers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is really good. It helped me a lot to know what all skills i need to get a good job and help me understand the industry. I've leanrt a lot of soft skills. The only things that dissapoints me is the frequent quizzes and assingments which doenst allow students to do self studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course helps to prepare students for real-world applications and further academic pursuits is equally crucial. well the institute needs to improve in some areas, like the timing of exams should be carefully planned in order to reduce students' stress and the difficulty should challenge students without being overly daunting. A semester in IIT Delhi is nearly of 4 months during which they conduct a mid sem and end sem exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As AI came into our daily use, it has been a highly spreading skill that is making a lot of jobs in the market and i do have a major interest in this field. As this is my first year so nothing has been taught yet about AI but in upcoming years or maybe just next year onwards thing might get started. Exams are held in three terms Mid term 1,2 and End Term which are not much hard to score marks.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Delhi provides good on campus placement offers, but I guess due to recession the placement were worst last year. Otherwise the college has above 90% placements in each branch. Enough companies come to recruit here but you have to be skilled enough to qualify for the placement. CSSS and CSD are the worst branches in terms of placement here, but not that much as compared in general.
