A worth college if you are willing to pass on college life a bit.

Remarks :

Since this college is centrally affiliated, the admission process was based on JEE main percentile. The cutoff is usually over the 97 percentile and above. Though can fall till 96 in CSAB rounds. OBC reservation helps you to lower your cutoff by at least one percentile mark. It is helpful. There isn't any scope for improvement due to the sheerer of applicants.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course due to its close resemblance to a CS degree and its good Tag. The faculty-to-student ratio is good. You almost get individual attention and it's easy to approach the professors. The faculties are extremely qualified and are from reputed colleges and almost everyone has a Ph.D. degree with them. The entire academic schedule is provided beforehand and is strictly followed as well. If you study a week before the exams, it's easy to pass the exams.

Internships Opportunities :

Various product companies such as Amazon, Groww, Delloite, TCS, etc all come for internships. The stipends usually run to around 30000. The highest stipend has tuned into lacs. The projects were all industry-related.

Placement Experience :

Students can start interning in 3rd year. The placements happen in the 4th year. There is a wide range of companies visiting like Groww, Amazon, Delloite, Alpha Grep, Simens, etc. The highest package has been 40 lac per annum and the average is 12 lac per annum. Most of the students do get placed. I plan on going for my master's after my course.

Fees and Financial Aid :

There is no consistent fee hike policy. For 2-3 years, the fee has remained steady at 2.2Lac for academic fees You can also avail of various scholarships from your respective state government. If you are a non-general student from Maharastra, you will get your entire academic fees refunded. The campus jobs are a great start to your career with an average placement standing at 12 lacs per annum.

Campus Life :

The annual fest of the college is AbhiVyakti, conducted in February. The annual tech fest TantraFiesta which just recently concluded was celebrated with much pomp and show. There are ample amounts of books available in the library. Students can get books if they want. Classrooms are air-conditioned and modern. They have all the required facilities. The sports and extracurricular activities are developing as I write this review. There are a plethora of clubs run by students who come under SAC. Like Probe, IIC, and more.

Hostel Facilities :

The rooms have a single fan with 2 beds and 2 tables. The food quality is nice and enjoyable. The menu is decided by the students themselves. Hostels are allowed when you take admitted into the college. They are decent at 120000 per year. The buildings are all new and clean.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Structure at SLRTCE is well structured and covering core electronics and computer science concepts, but it could include more industry oriented skills and emerging technology. It provides good foundation for real world applications and higher studies exams held twice per semester and updates to the curriculum and interactive teaching methods would further improve it's relevance and effectiveness.
