You can consider PEC if it is best available option to you.

Remarks :

Admission to PEC is based on JEE rank. For 2021, admissions the rank for other states went around 9800 and the home state went around 15300. after obtaining jee rank you need to apply it using the jossa admission portal. It is a common portal for all NITS, IITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. There is no girl's quota.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I opted for this course because it was the best option available to me and also I developed an interest later on. The student-teacher ratio is around 60 to 1 but it can change depending on the course such as open electives or in case they do not have a teacher. The faculty is highly qualified here and has a good understanding of their subjects and courses. Rest the Ph.D. or MTech scholars also help us in labs. Mid-term and End term examinations along with internal assessments are conducted which could be easily passed if you study properly.

Internships Opportunities :

Jp Morgan - software developer, analyst (maybe more than 50k), Uber - software developer (no idea), Microsoft - software developer (more than 65k), Tata motors - design, p&g - product manager (40k), stipends keep on changing every year.

Placement Experience :

Students can opt for internships whenever they want. but it usually occurs in the 6th semester. More than 70 companies visited which offered more than 300 offers. it is depended on a branch to branch eg. circuital branches have better placement ratios. I wish to go for a job and later if I get the chance then do an MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid :

My fee for the course is 86000 which will be constant for the four years of my college. it would cost around 12 lakh with a hostel with external expenses. Fee hikes are usually about 10% every year. There is financial support for BPL card holders and low-income families but it is limited. CDGC is responsible for placement and internship offers for college students.

Campus Life :

The flagship cultural event is named PECFEST. which is conducted around April. It has a book bank for issuing books for the semester and a library for other resources. It has a big library. Classes are equipped with ac and smart boards. Some sports are available such as athletics, tennis, volleyball, cricket, football, and badminton, but its facilities are not up to the mark. SAASC, SCC, EIC, and IEEE are some groups run by students.

Placement Experience:

The placement procedure was very good according to me as they gave extra classes for the placements like soft skill classes and aptitude classes every week which helped me very much to express myself and prepare well for placement and talking about companies from 2nd year onwards companies started comming and everyone can seat in the exams but if you have back papers then they don't allow to seat in placement exams. I got placement in my 4th year in CTS.

Students are eligible for placements in 6th semester but the final placements is in 7th and 8th semesters. CU has strong placements record, especially for computer Science Engineering(CSE) students. The HIGHEST package is 54.50 LPA (domestic) 2 crore (international) average package is 5-7 LPA for CSE gradutes.in my University boasts a placement rate of over 95% for CSE students, making it one of its strongest displines. The companies visited or offers for students are Microsoft,Google, IBM, Amazon etc. If your placemnts not taking in any companies you can go for higher studies llikes master's degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course i have opted is very common, but inspite this the faculty in the first year is very good. However as you progress you notice that all the professors have a doctorate yet they are not very fluent in delivering knowledge.
